Traditional Chinese pastries are suitable for all people and are well received.With unique packaging forms developing,traditional pastry brand are under attack.Nowadays,young consumers are not only satisfied with the taste brought by food,but also hope that the packaging can meet their spirts and emotions.Due to the lack of design in traditional pastry packaging,it is difficult to arouse consumers’ feelings,especially to inspire the them to purchase the traditional pastries.Traditional pastry packaging needs to be changed,and what kind of packaging will arouse the emotions of consumers depends on the information conveyed by the packaging.Consumers hope to obtain the pleasure from the packaging and pursue more emotional satisfaction when making purchases.Therefore,taking Su Shuncheng pastry for example,to identify the problems in traditional pastry brand design.Beside,combining the emotional concept,innovative ideas are provided for the packaging design of Su Shuncheng pastries,so that consumers can feel the different experiences on the new packaging.Design Using illustration design,and combining the origin,of the brand selection for raw materials,traditional crafts,production process with Su Shuncheng pastry,we create an emotional and experiential packaging form.From the perspectives of emotion,culture,and inheritance,we orientate and inject new vitality to attract consumers’ attention,and sum up emotional experience in Su Shuncheng pastry packaging.
