| The delayed coking construction project for Company A has the particularity of petrochemical construction project,and its Risk management is an indispensable part of project management.The completion of this project can free company A from the dilemma of single product structure and maximize the economic benefits of production and processing.This article summarizes the related theories of project risk management,and on this basis,combines the content and characteristics of the delayed coking construction project of company A to carry out the risk management research.First,the checklist method,the work-risk decomposition method and the Delphi method,are used to identify the possible main risk factors in the delayed coking construction project of company A.Then,a risk assessment index system consisting of four categories,including Schedule risk,cost risk,quality risk and HSE risk,and 19 risk elements is constructed.The weight of each primary index and secondary index is set by AHP,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied on the risk assessment..The final evaluation results show that the risks of the first-level risk evaluation indicators are cost risk,schedule risk,HSE risk and quality risk in order from high to low.At the same time,for each secondary risk evaluation index,the top ten most important indicators are material consumption risk,design change risk,personnel utilization risk,decision efficiency risk,debugging and rectification risk,material supply risk,safety protection risk,material market,price risk,important personnel change risk and equipment utilization risk,and the single value of these risk assessment vectors are mostly between 50 and 70,and only 3 risk indicators are slightly higher than 70,in short,the indicator risk evaluation is medium to low.Finally,aiming at these risks,the strategies to deal with these risks are put forward respectively. |
