Gas injection development is a relatively common means to increase production in oilfields.At present,a considerable number of oilfields are troubled by formation sand production problems.However,the sand production problem of gas injection development oilfields has not been paid attention to.The fluid flow law changes during gas injection development.The influence of formation sand production has also changed.If the gas injection development sand production law can be clarified,it will be of guiding significance for the research of sand control completion in oil fields.This research aims at the sand production problem of gas injection development in Reservoir A,clarifies the sand production law of gas injection development,establishes a sand control productivity model,and optimizes the perforation method and sand control completion technology through the model.Through the general analysis of the reservoir,the reasons for the formation of sand production during the gas injection development process are summarized.A series of core displacement experiments were designed,and the mechanical parameters of the rock samples after displacement were measured.By comparing and analyzing the results of displacement experiments under different displacement conditions,the rules of gas injection and sand production were obtained,and suggestions were made for oilfield production.Through the establishment of a sand control productivity model,the adaptability to the reservoir was determined,the significance of each parameter in the model was clarified,and the sensitivity analysis was applied to the reservoir.It is believed that perforation parameters have an important impact on the productivity of production wells and perforation.The parameters give suggestions.Analyzing the key points of sand control technology in Reservoir A,combined with the actual application of sand control completion technologies,selected five sand control completion technologies,and evaluated their sand control productivity respectively,and optimized sand control completion methods based on the evaluation results.The research results show that the sand production in reservoir A is serious and has a greater impact on the normal production of oil wells.From the analysis of geological and production factors,the main cause of sand production is poor physical properties of the reservoir.The pressure difference is unreasonable and the formation contains water.The impact of gas injection development on formation sand production is mainly due to the multiphase flow in the formation when the gas-liquid two-phase is immiscible,which has a synergistic effect on rock failure.The first is the strong gas flow ability,which brings out the rock particles that are exfoliated by the liquid phase;the second is that the flow exhibits the nature of foam flow,the fluid viscosity increases,and the destructiveness of the formation is enhanced;the third is that the gas phase separates from the liquid phase to make the rock pores The pressure rises and the strength of the rock decreases.Therefore,the suggestion for reservoir development is to control the production pressure difference and avoid gas evolution phenomena near the well.Analyze the adaptability of reservoir A and sand control productivity model.After determining the model parameters,according to the impact of perforation parameters on productivity,it is recommended that the perforation parameters are 32 holes·m-1,aperture 20 mm,and phase angle.It is a 45°,deep-penetrating perforation method,and uses a spiral arrangement of holes for perforation to maximize productivity.Combining the key points of sand control technology in Reservoir A,the selected five types of sand control are evaluated for sand control productivity.It is recommended to give priority to PCS sand control completion technology,followed by squeezed gravel packing sand control completion technology,which can be used for reservoirs with large permeability gradients.Consider fracturing packing and sand control completion technology for low-permeability reservoirs.
