| The environment of high temperature and high salinity in western oil fields of China is easy to cause casing damage,and then affect the normal production of oil fields.Conventional cement squeezing plugging technology cannot meet the requirements of oilfield plugging small holes due to the problem of solid particles.For this reason,it is necessary to develop resin plugging system with good injection performance,controllable curing time,good stability and strong plugging ability.Based on the comparison of the performance of 3 types of diluents and 4 types of curing agents,the paper screened out the single epoxy diluent BGE with good viscosity reducing effect and the aromatic amine QC-E with high curing strength.Using bisphenol A type and low viscosity J type epoxy resin as the resin matrix,it is compounded with diluent and curing agent to form two resin plugging systems.The differences of injection,plugging and adaptability between the two were tested to determine the suitable epoxy resin plugging agent for oil field environment.The research results show that low-viscosity J-type epoxy resin is more suitable for wellbore plugging direction than bisphenol A-type epoxy resin.Firstly,the low-viscosity J-type epoxy resin has a lower viscosity,and the viscosity without adding diluent at room temperature is 980.88 m Pa·s,which has better injection performance;Secondly,the low viscosity J epoxy resin system has better salt-resistance stability,and the compressive elastic modulus of aging 90 days in formation water environment is 80.84 MPa,while the compressive elastic modulus of bisphenol A epoxy resin system is 23.61 MPa;Finally,the curing strength of the low-viscosity J-type epoxy resin in the formation fluid environment is higher,and it is less restricted by the formation environment. |
