Research On The Green Development Strategy Of A Chemical Compan

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly states that Chinese style modernization refers to the modernization of harmonious coexistence between humans and the ecological environment.The fundamental requirements for building a socialist modernized country are to comply with nature,respect nature,and protect nature.We need to implement important deployments such as accelerating the transformation of the development model to green and implementing conservation strategies into the production practice process.The "green" concept orientation of appropriately constrained consumption has clearly proposed the future development direction of enterprises,enabling them to continuously meet the changing needs of the market.Faced with the trend of green development,A Chemical Company currently has certain shortcomings in promoting the green operation concept,and still needs to further implement the green concept and implement it in all work.Therefore,the paper attempts to explore the formulation of A Chemical Company’s green development strategy and implementation measures.This study takes A Chemical Company as the research object.Firstly,the literature research method is used to review the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the green development strategy of enterprises.It is found that there are many research achievements on enterprise development strategy,green development strategy,and sustainable development strategy at home and abroad,but domestic research started late and the overall research needs to be strengthened.And by organizing and summarizing research materials such as sustainable development theory,green development theory,Porter’s Five Forces analysis model,PEST analysis model,SWOT analysis model,etc.,the current research progress is grasped.Based on this,the core concepts are defined,the gaps in current research are clarified,and a certain theoretical foundation is laid for subsequent research.Secondly,use case analysis and enterprise research methods to conduct research on the information of A Chemical Company and other companies in the field.The green development strategy currently implemented by Company A is also an action plan for green enterprises,which includes content such as green production,green development,green services,green culture,etc.It can be concluded that there are certain problems in the green development strategy implemented by Company A: insufficient corporate culture for green development,imperfect green R&D system,insufficient green production system,insufficient green marketing system,imperfect green accounting and green audit system.Through analyzing the internal situation of the company,it is understood that the company has advantages in production and manufacturing,scale,research and development,brand,and other aspects.The main existing problems of the company include a shortage of high-end technical talents,weak ability to govern the environment,and the need for structural improvement;Through the PEST model analysis of the macro environment in which the company is located,Company A has the advantages of industrial policy support,increased product demand,and improved social environment under the background of national policies for energy conservation,emission reduction,and pollution control,as well as the overall stable economic development.Using the Porter Five Forces model to analyze the entire industry environment,it can be seen that there are basically no other substitutes in the industry,and the threshold for entering the industry is not high,The competition among existing competitors is relatively fierce,and the strong bargaining power of buyers and suppliers poses constraints on the healthy development of the company.Based on the above analysis and the four quadrant method and SWOT strategy,a competitive green development strategy was selected,and blue and white development goals were formulated.In terms of business,a strategy of combining low-cost and differentiated products is adopted.The strategy of splitting the business layer yields the strategy of the functional layer,specifically establishing a green product design and research and development system,production system,management system,marketing system,accounting and audit system.Finally,in terms of ensuring the effective implementation of strategic measures,we will provide strong guarantees for the effective implementation of the strategy from the perspectives of human resources,financial resources,material resources,corporate culture,and systems.
