Flotation is the main method of non-ferrous metal beneficiation,dosing is a key part of the flotation operation.The traditional manual dosing method often lacks accuracy and timeliness,which affects the production index of mineral processing.With the advent and rapid development of computers,automatic detection and control of the flotation production process has been introduced,leading to the development of automatic flotation dosing technology.However,traditional automatic dosing methods with solenoid valves and metering pumps are susceptible to interference from pressure,viscosity,impurities,pipe scale and spool wear.Mineral processing commonly used pharmaceuticals such as water glass,sodium soap,sodium dodecyl sulfate and oxidized paraffin soap,etc.,due to the large viscosity of the liquid,low temperature,poor mobility,it is difficult to achieve accurate control.In addition,the traditional dosing control system generally takes PLC as the control host,because the application object is different,the type of liquid and dosing point is different,often need to be repeatedly developed.Firstly,the overall design of the weighing centralized intelligent dosing control system is carried out,in which the STM32F303 embedded microcontroller is used as the core of the hardware part of the dosing control unit,together with relevant peripheral chip circuits,including high-precision weighing signal amplification and A/D conversion circuit,data storage circuit,analog output circuit,clock circuit,RS-485 communication circuit,reset circuit,etc.keil5 software is used for the development of the microcontroller program,including drivers for each chip circuit,calculation program,communication program,etc.;the monitoring system adopts Configuration King for software development,one monitoring system can manage several dosing control units,and the dosing units communicate with Configuration King software through RS-485 serial communication to realize the interaction of human-machine interface.In addition,in order to improve the accuracy of collected data and eliminate the influence of disturbances,a filtering method combining median and sliding average filtering is researched and developed,which can reduce the influence of both impulsive and periodic disturbances,thus improving the accuracy of data.Finally,the weighing distributed intelligent dosing control system was used to carry out the test,and the liquid level height of the dosing tank with the highest accuracy of pine oil,xanthate,ammonium butyl,sodium sulfide and sodium carbonate in different flotation processes was obtained.The test results show that the system has the characteristics of high control accuracy,convenient system assembly and debugging,strong adaptability and high reliability.
