Under the background of the establishment of the national pipeline network and the unified planning of pipeline resources,the integration mode of production,transportation and marketing of the natural gas industry has been broken and developed to the market.In view of the problems of uncoordinated upstream,midstream and downstream of natural gas industry and unreasonable resource allocation under the new industry background,this paper first studies and analyzes the long-term prediction methods of urban gas consumption,comprehensively compares various algorithms of urban gas consumption prediction,and forecasts the load gas consumption of China’s rapidly developing natural gas market,It can provide basic data for the optimization of natural gas flow direction of the integrated pipeline network in the middle reaches,making the optimization of natural gas flow direction in the middle reaches more suitable for the rapid development of natural gas market,saving energy consumption and improving economic benefits;Then,aiming at the problem of natural gas flow optimization in the middle reaches,a flow optimization model suitable for various pipe networks is established,which is solved by calling CPLEX optimization solver with MATLAB,and a good convergence result is obtained;Finally,aiming at the situation of less mileage and uneven distribution of downstream pipe network in China,the algorithm is designed to optimize the pipe network structure,and the convergence result is good and the convergence speed is fast.First of all,the downstream market of natural gas industry is investigated.Taking area A as an example,through the comparison of common long-term forecasting methods of natural gas market load,the horizontal combination model is selected to forecast and analyze the natural gas market load,and the better fitting forecasting results are obtained,which greatly improves the accuracy and stability.Then,based on the basic theory and algorithm of natural gas flow optimization,the flow direction in China’s pipeline network is optimized and analyzed.The turnover is selected as the objective function.On the basis of the long-term predicted natural gas load data of downstream users,the constraint conditions such as gas supply constraint,network flow node constraint and user constraint are integrated,and MATLAB is used to call CPLEX solver to solve the problem,It greatly improves the speed and accuracy of the solution.Finally,the multi node network topology optimization research is carried out,the synchronous optimization idea of external genetic algorithm nested internal minimum spanning tree algorithm is designed,the synchronous solution of multi node network topology optimization layout is realized by programming,and the case is given for verification,fully considering the market demand,the path result is more scientific and the solution efficiency is increased.
