The main exhaust fan of the sintering plant is an important equipment of the steel mill,and when the fan fails,it means that the sintering machine is stopped,which in turn affects the efficiency of the plant.The failure of the fan is often due to the problem of dynamic balance,and it is necessary to regularly test the dynamic balance of the fan to prevent the failure of the fan.At present,the dynamic balance test of the fan requires the technician to carry the on-site dynamic balance instrument to the site to work,and find the unbalanced amount of the fan and eliminate the imbalance by adding weight to the fan for many times.Affected by the current environmental impact,technicians can not go to the site in time to do on-site dynamic balance testing of the fan,in view of this problem,the "Internet + on-site dynamic balancer" mobile terminal test system is designed to realize the on-site dynamic balancer to connect Wi Fi and go to the cloud,and finally realize network communication with the mobile terminal.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.The dynamic balance theory is studied,and according to the research of rotordynamic theory,a test-free weight-free balance detection method that can greatly reduce the vibration amplitude of the fan with only one counterweight is obtained,which is based on the characteristics of the fan system and obtains the counterweight phase according to the parameters such as fan shaft length,rotor radius and speed;According to the initial vibration value obtained by the on-site dynamic balancer,the rotor mass and other system parameters are analyzed as a whole,and the counterweight quality is obtained.2.Realize the communication between the on-site dynamic balancer and the Wi Fi module.It mainly includes: 3.3V power supply between ESP8266 Wi Fi module and onsite dynamic balancer through serial port connection,three-byte floating-point data sent by on-site dynamic balancer through UART,and parse the received JSON data through Arduino programming.3.Build a cloud server to realize the function of connecting the on-site dynamic balancer to Wi Fi and uploading data to the cloud server.First,an MQTT server,EMQX,is established based on Alibaba Cloud’s simple application server.Then introduce the BGWi Fi Config library through Arduino programming,set ESP8266 to AP+STA mode,and then connect to the field Wi Fi network.Finally,ESP8266 is connected to EMQX through the MQTT protocol,and the received data is packaged in JSON format and uploaded to the cloud server(EMQX)to realize communication with the cloud.4.Write a mobile APP,obtain cloud data and display it to the interface.It mainly includes: the design of APP networking function,the design of connecting to the server,sending control commands,receiving JSON data and parsing,displaying the parsed data in various controls of the interface,writing and outputting APK files without trial rebalancing calculation interface.
