| With the speed of urbanization and the development of industry and agriculture,the quantity of sewage treatment plant is increasing unceasingly.The phenomenon of excessive or excessive discharge of wastewater from industrial enterprises often occurs in the upstream pipe network,which makes the water intake of sewage plant appear high load or characteristic pollutants,and then impact the safe and stable operation of the sewage plant.At present,there is a lack of systematic research on the characteristics of water intake and water quality in sewage treatment plants.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the characteristics of water intake in industrial sewage treatment plants,trace the source of enterprises exceeding the standard or quantity,and timely monitor and warn the water intake in sewage plants.This paper designs and develops a set of monitoring and early warning traceability system for the inlet water quality of sewage treatment plant by collecting and sorting the data of the inlet water quality and the quantity of water,as well as the sewage characteristics of sewage discharge enterprises,so as to monitor the inlet water quality of the sewage treatment plant and to warn and trace the source of the water exceeding the standard,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the sewage plant.(1)Source analysis of sewage plant exceeding standard.Based on the design requirements of inlet water quality and quantity of sewage treatment plant,as well as the characteristics and standards of sewage discharge of enterprises,through the analysis of the exceeded inlet water quality of sewage treatment plant,combined with the actual sewage discharge situation of enterprises,the source of enterprises exceeding the standard is traced.(2)System development technology selection.The system uses B/S architecture to design the system structure.Among them,Vue framework,Element UI component library,Echarts library and other technologies are used to design the front page of the system.MVC design pattern and Spring Boot framework are used to develop back-end interface,Mybatis framework to operate the database;DBeaver visual tool is used to build the database required by the system.(3)System function design and implementation.According to user requirements,design sewage plant and enterprise data management,monitoring and early warning,early warning traceability and other functions.The Java language is used to develop the system function.The basic information of enterprises and sewage treatment plants is displayed in tables,the real-time monitoring and warning data every second is displayed in line chart and wheel casting chart,and the location information of enterprises is displayed in Tencent map.(4)System testing.Design test cases,complete the system function,compatibility,interface,response speed and other tests,test results show that the system function is normal,meet the needs of users. |
