Safety culture can effectively regulate individual safety behavior from the spiritual field,and is more sustainable and effective than other safety management methods.Building a safety culture in metal mines can subconsciously improve the safety quality of members in the organization,enhance the sense of belonging of employees,stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to participate in safety,reduce the probability of accidents,and improve the safety status of the enterprise.Based on the analysis of the basic connotation of safety culture,theories of metal mine accident causation,and how safety culture affects metal mine safety production,this paper mainly focuses on the identification of elements of metal mine safety culture construction,the establishment of element influence effect model,construction strategy and method,and the construction level measurement model,etc.to provide some reference for metal mine safety culture construction,The main results of the research were obtained as follows:(1)According to the connotation and characteristics of metal mine safety culture,based on SMART guidelines,the indexes of metal mine safety culture construction elements were initially summarized through expert consultation,literature review and information precipitation method,combined with questionnaire survey to collect data,factor analysis and dimension reduction are carried out to extract five common factors and 24 sub-factors of metal mine safety culture construction elements.(2)The identified sub-element indicators were used as latent variables and the public elements were used as dependent variables to construct a model of the influence effects of the elements of safety culture construction in metal mines,and the path hypothesis was proposed for the role relationship between the elements.In the case of SPSS24.0 statistical analysis software for the scale data passing the reliability test,the structural equation path analysis was conducted using AMOS software,and the results of the validation factor analysis showed that the hypotheses H1-H6 were valid.(3)Using the WSR system analysis method,we propose the methods and strategies for the construction of safety culture in metal mines: implementing safety culture with’Ren’ to deepen safety concepts;regulating safety culture with ’Shi’ to optimize safety management;guaranteeing safety culture with ’Wu’ to strengthen safety hardware.(4)The cloud measurement evaluation model of metal mine safety culture construction is constructed,and the entropy power correction G1 method is adopted for the combination of weight assignment,which effectively avoids the problem of weight assignment in subjective and objective assignment,and is applied to the empirical evidence,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation,the visualization is presented in the form of a cloud chart with significant effect.
