| With the rapid development of the global economy and the increasing requirements for environmental protection,the demand for natural gas as a clean energy is also increasing,and its strategic position is becoming more and more important.Russia’s proven natural gas reserves are about 160 trillion cubic meters,accounting for one-third of the world’s natural gas reserves.The natural gas industry plays a strategic role in the Russian economy.Natural gas fuel is more environmentally friendly than oil and coal,and has a price advantage over alternative fuel sources.Russia’s TRQ company is the largest natural gas company in the world,but affected by the turbulent environment at home and abroad,its marketing is facing increased uncertainties,so it needs to study its marketing strategy carefully to meet its development requirements.This article takes the Russian TRQ company as the research object.Based on marketing-related theories,specifically including 4P marketing theory and 4C marketing theory,combined with the current situation of product marketing strategy of Russian TRQ company,it analyzes its problems in product,price,channel and promotion strategy.And use marketing environment analysis,including PEST analysis,to analyze the company’s macro environment from the perspectives of political and legal environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment and technical environment.Using market competition analysis,from the analysis of competitors in the industry,the analysis of potential entrants,the threat of substitute entrants,and the bargaining power of suppliers.Use the SWOT analysis method to identify the company’s strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats,which provides a basis for the following marketing strategies that are in line with TRQ’s current stage.The linear regression model is used to predict the gas consumption in Russia,and the least squares estimation analysis of the unary linear regression model and the regression coefficient is carried out,which provides a strategic basis for TRQ to formulate a targeted marketing strategy.Finally,it puts forward the optimal design of the marketing strategy of Russian TRQ company from the four aspects of product,price,channel and promotion. |
