| Martensitic stainless steel is a kind of hardenable steel with good hardenability.It can be further strengthened by quenching,tempering and other heat treatment processes,so as to obtain stainless steel materials with higher hardness and strength and better corrosion resistance.Therefore,stainless steel is widely used in petrochemical,shipbuilding and other fields.However,with the continuous development of the manufacturing industry,the requirements for material properties continue to improve.After the traditional heat treatment,the properties of materials still do not meet the use requirements.A single heat treatment is difficult to solve such problems.Therefore,this topic studies the influence of cold treatment and quenching composition(Q&P)process on the microstructure and properties of 9cr14 mov stainless steel,and grasps the relationship between heat treatment process,microstructure and comprehensive properties,which provides a theoretical basis for the related processes of9cr14 mov stainless steel.In this paper,9Cr14 MoV stainless steel as the research object,through the orthogonal experiment,the influence of cold treatment temperature,holding time,distribution temperature,distribution time,on the 9Cr14 MoV stainless steel structure and properties.The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and properties of9Cr14 MoV stainless steel were investigated by using microhardness machine,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and other characterization methods.The main conclusions are as follows:1.After cryogenic treatment,the hardness value and compressive strength of the sample are improved,and can increase its corrosion resistance.When the cold treatment temperature was-196 ℃ and the holding time was 36 h,the hardness value was 263.00 HV.When the compressive strength is 1000 MPa and the arc radius is the maximum,the comprehensive mechanical properties and corrosion resistance are the best.2.After Q&P,the hardness value and compressive strength of the sample are greatly improved,and its corrosion resistance can be improved to a large extent.When the temperature is 300 ℃ and the time is 3 min,the hardness value is 710.91 HV.The compressive strength is 3200 MPa,and the comprehensive mechanical properties are the best.When the distribution temperature is 300 ℃ and the distribution time is 30 min,the maximum arc radius and the best corrosion resistance are obtained.3.After several different heat treatment processes,the hardness value of Q&P+cryogenic sample is 763.89 HV;The compressive strength is 3300 MPa,and the arc radius is the largest,and the corrosion resistance is better than other processes. |
