| Three-thread sweaters are one of the most popular warm clothing choices for people in autumn and winter,and they are popular in the market for their fashionable appearance and lightweight wearing performance.Currently,there are a large number of pure cotton or polyester cotton fleeced sweaters on the market.After being brushed or shaken,they may cause fabric shedding.The plush can cause itching in the human body,and can also be inhaled into the respiratory tract,causing allergic reactions;In order to understand the problem of reducing fabric shedding and improving warmth retention,this topic first conducted a systematic study of the veil,floor yarn,and pad yarn used in the three-thread sweater fabric.The yarn evenness,hairiness,and strength and elongation properties were tested,and the yarn performance was analyzed using yarn twist,linear density,component,and usage as variables to establish a linear relationship to provide yarn selection for the weaving of the three-thread sweater fabric;On this basis,in order to deeply study the factors that affect the weight,warmth retention,breathability,moisture permeability,and fabric shedding properties of sweater fabrics,four indicators,namely,the density of padding yarn Tt2(tex),the cotton content of padding yarn C0(%),the feed yarn length ratio K of veil to floor yarn,and the yarn length Lc(cm/100G)of padding yarn,were used as basic variables for weaving,and dyeing,finishing,setting Three thread yarn added cushion fabrics with different styles and properties were prepared by processes such as roughening;Then,various properties of the fabric were tested and analyzed.The relationship between various influencing factors and fabric properties was analyzed through single factor and double factor analysis,and a mathematical fitting relationship was established.The important reasons that affected the hair loss and warmth retention of three-thread sweaters were obtained,and the comprehensive properties of the fabric were summarized.On the basis of this summary,innovative design was carried out on the raw materials for the yarn of the sweater fabric,and hollow polyester was introduced for weaving,in order to improve the warmth retention of the fabric and reduce the problem of fabric shedding.The handle style of the fabric was evaluated.Through the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)According to the test results of blended yarn performance,the more content of one fiber in blended yarn,the more beneficial to yarn cohesion and evenness;And with the increase of cotton fiber content,the yarn hairiness index shows a zigzag growth trend,indicating that the yarn hairiness index has a positive correlation with the cotton content ratio.For the same component blended yarn,under the same spinning mode,the breaking strength and breaking elongation of the yarn increase with the increase of linear density;However,with the increase of cotton fiber content in the yarn,the yarn strength and elongation at break of blended yarn with different proportions have a downward trend,that is,with the increase of polyester fiber content in the yarn,the yarn strength and elongation have a significant increase trend.(2)When other weaving conditions are the same,when the cotton content of the liner yarn increases,the fabric thickness and weight also increase,and the hairiness gradually increases;When the density of the liner yarn increases,the fabric thickness will also increase,and the weight will increase;When the length of padding yarn increases,the thickness of the fabric will also increase.The longer the yarn length,the longer the length of the reverse coil,and the longer the pile after flanneling.Therefore,the thicker the fabric,the greater the weight of the gram.(3)In a certain range of values,the thermal insulation of the fabric increases first and then decreases with the increase of the density of the liner yarn;The thermal insulation of the fabric increases with the increase of the cotton content of the liner yarn.When the cotton content of the liner yarn is close to 75%and the linear density is close to 58.4 tex,the fabric shows the best thermal insulation performance;With the increase of the yarn length ratio of the fabric,the thermal insulation property first increases and then decreases.When the yarn length ratio K is kept at 1.35~1.4,the fabric shows a good thermal insulation property;With the increase of the feed length of the liner yarn,the warmth retention of the fabric tends to increase;(4)For the wool shedding property of the fabric,under other conditions,with the increase of linear density,the degree of wool shedding gradually increases;When the cotton content of the liner yarn increases gradually,it is more conducive to fleece,and the coil is easy to break,then the degree of fleece will gradually increase;With the increase of yarn length ratio,the binding force of veil and floor yarn on liner yarn is reduced,and the fabric shedding is more serious;With the increase of the length of the liner yarn,the degree of hair loss will increase.That is to say,the length of the liner yarn is too long,which will certainly increase the probability of hair loss or breakage.(5)For the innovative design of hollow polyester warm sweater fabric,the research found that the fabrics woven with different specifications of hollow polyester fiber as a cushion fleece yarn showed good wearability,and the thermal insulation could increase by more than 40%.And the fabric woven with hollow polyester filament as a cushion fleece yarn had a shedding grade of about 4.5,which could basically achieve no shedding.In a word,the introduction of hollow polyester into the padded warm sweater fabric has greatly improved the performance of the fabric in all aspects,and achieved a sweater fabric with small weight,high warmth retention and no shedding,providing theoretical basis and technical support for the development of new knitted padded warm fabric. |
