Research On The Modern Transformation And Application Of Zhuang Patchwork Quilt Based On The Theory Of Rhyme Design

In the post epidemic era,modern people are increasingly paying attention to environmental protection,sustainable development,and emotional needs.The Zhuang patchwork quilt is regarded as a saving art,which is made by Zhuang women cutting pieces of cloth into desired shapes and using ingenious sewing techniques.Its pattern composition integrates the knowing and understanding of the world of Zhuang ancestors,and all living creatures coexist in harmony,in line with the pursuit of modern people.However,due to the impact of modern industrialization,low demand,long working hours,and other reasons,patchwork quilt can only be used as objects to press the bottom of the box,or enter museums for appreciation,which is not conducive to inheritance and development.Nowadays,innovations similar to traditional Chinese handicrafts are mostly guided by Western design theories,and there are also formal designs such as simple copying,patchwork,ignoring connotation culture,and emphasizing symbolic decoration.In this context,this article introduces the theory of rhyme design,which originated from ancient Chinese poetry and was summarized by Professor Chen Nan from many classic Chinese design cases.Its essence is to consider rationally from the perspective of thinking mode methodology and cultural genes,and to design the format rules of design in advance,which is different from the design method based solely on perceptual thinking,It can optimize the innovative design thinking in the field of current ethnic traditional handicrafts,and design objects and theories with the same root and origin can collide to produce more excellent results,which plays an important role in revitalizing ethnic culture.This article takes the Zhuang patchwork quilt as the main research object,and studies the modern transformation and application methods of Zhuang patchwork quilt based on the theory of rhyme design.Firstly,analyze the formation of patchwork quilt,mainly from three aspects: historical evolution,geographical environment,humanities,and the impact of other craft categories,to clarify their causes.Secondly,it sorts out various elements such as pattern type,composition,color matching,material selection,and technological characteristics of patchwork quilt,and summarizes the aesthetic culture contained therein.It is concluded that patchwork quilt is not only practical household goods,but also a reflection of the harmonious relationship between humans and nature,the bond of emotional maintenance between ethnic groups,and the externalization of ethnic identity.Once again,the origin and definition of the theory of rhyme design are explained,and its methods and characteristics are summarized in combination with cases.At the same time,correlation analysis is conducted with the patchwork quilt.Then,based on the theory of rhyme design,the author analyzes the "form","rhythm",and "lingering charm" of the patchwork quilt,that is,the internal format,rules,and the overall flavor formed.Through the research of rule innovation and form innovation,the author obtains the method of modern transformation and application of the patchwork quilt.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,a concrete practical demonstration is carried out.Based on the original attribute of the patchwork quilt as a practical household item,the carrier is positioned in the indoor space and the products therein,producing works with new internal rhyme,and providing a new interpretation of the aesthetic and cultural connotation of the Zhuang patchwork quilt.Based on the theory of rhyme design,which originated from the Oriental design system,this paper analyzes,researches and innovates the Chinese ethnic handicraft,integrates the knowledge of mathematics and physics,designs the prior rules,and makes the relations among the elements closer,the standardized form can better adapt to the production of modern society.Hope to enrich the Chinese traditional design thinking in the practical application of cases,while building a contemporary Chinese discourse system to contribute.
