Research On The Influencing Factors And Mechanism Of The Construction Of Dual Prevention Mechanism In Coal Mining Enterprises

The safety production of coal mine enterprises is the focus of the state and the society.Under the background of the times when the government vigorously promotes the construction of the dual prevention mechanism,coal mine enterprises need to actively assume social responsibilities and accelerate the construction of the dual prevention mechanism.At present,most studies on the construction of dual prevention mechanism in coal mine enterprises put forward specific measures from the perspective of risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and treatment,while there is relatively little research on the comprehensive identification of influencing factors of the construction of dual prevention mechanism in coal mine enterprises and its action mechanism.The study on the dynamic mechanism of the construction of dual prevention mechanism in coal mine enterprises can put forward the long-term optimization strategy to promote the construction of dual prevention mechanism.This thesis uses the empirical method to study the influencing factors and mechanism of the construction of dual prevention mechanism in coal mine enterprises,and puts forward the internal and external promotion strategy according to the research results,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.First of all,based on the analysis of literature on coal mine safety management and the construction of dual prevention mechanisms,this study combines the connotation and construction process of dual prevention mechanisms in coal mining enterprises,and comprehensively applies system methodology,stakeholder theory,and safety regulation theory to analyze the influencing factors of the construction of dual prevention mechanisms in coal mining enterprises.Finally,four internal variables,including enterprise safety climate,enterprise organization and management ability,management cognition and employee safety attitude,and two external variables,including government supervision and public supervision,are selected.Combined with the theory of planned behavior,the intention and behavior of the construction of dual prevention mechanism in coal mine enterprises are taken as the mediating variables and dependent variables respectively.Through theoretical analysis,the influence relationship of various factors on the construction of dual prevention mechanism is determined.In this way,the research hypothesis is put forward,and the theoretical model of the factors influencing the construction of dual prevention mechanism in coal mine enterprises is established.Secondly,according to the principles of scale compilation,referring to the existing mature scales of each dimension,combine with the specific situation of the construction of dual prevention mechanism in coal mine enterprises,the scale of influencing factors for the construction of a dual prevention mechanism in coal mining enterprises is developed,the questionnaire is designed,and the preliminary survey is conducted on the initial questionnaire.SPSS22.0 is used to test the reliability and validity of the initial questionnaire data,so as to optimize the questionnaire.In terms of basic information,the final questionnaire includes 7 questions including gender,age,job,education,service life,years of establishment of coal mining enterprises and the number of employees.The scale contains 8 dimensions and 37 measurement items.Thirdly,descriptive statistics,reliability and validity test and other data analysis are carried out on 626 valid questionnaires of formal investigation.The results show that the questionnaires have good reliability and validity.Then,structural equation model is constructed with the help of AMOS24.0 to test the hypothesis of the theoretical model of influencing factors and action mechanism in the construction of dual prevention mechanism in coal mine enterprises.The results show that the overall influence of internal and external factors on the construction of dual prevention mechanism is positive.In addition to employees’ safety attitude,five variables,namely enterprise safety atmosphere,enterprise organization and management ability,management cognition,government regulation and public supervision,all have significant positive influence on the construction intention of dual prevention mechanism.In descending order,the influence intensity is public supervision,enterprise organization and management ability,government supervision,management cognition and enterprise safety atmosphere.In addition to enterprise organization and management ability,enterprise safety atmosphere,management awareness,employee safety attitude,government supervision and public supervision all have significant positive influence on the construction behavior of dual prevention mechanism,and the influence intensity is in descending order of public supervision,government supervision,management awareness,employee safety attitude and enterprise safety atmosphere.The intention to construct the dual prevention mechanism plays a partial mediating role in the influence of enterprise safety atmosphere,management cognition,government regulation and public supervision on the dual prevention mechanism construction behavior,plays a complete mediating role in the influence of enterprise organizational management ability on the dual prevention mechanism construction behavior,and has no mediating role in the influence of employee safety attitude on the dual prevention mechanism construction behavior.Finally,by analyzing the research results,it is found that the influence intensity of the internal factors of coal mining enterprises on the construction of dual prevention mechanism ranks behind government regulation and public supervision,and the internal driving force needs to be further strengthened.As the push and pressure of the construction of dual prevention mechanism,the external factors of coal mine enterprises have a great impact on the construction of dual prevention mechanism,and the role of government supervision and public supervision can not be ignored.Thus,the internal and external promotion strategies for the construction of dual prevention mechanism in coal mine enterprises are put forward,which provides a reference for the decision-making of the construction of dual prevention mechanism in coal mine enterprises.This thesis has a total of 11 figures,33 tables,and 112 references.
