| Coal mining production labor organizations typically adopt a 24-hour shift system.The working hours for underground coal mining operations are longer than standard working hours,with high work intensity and a complex work environment.Long periods of night shift work underground can lead to fatigue accumulation,which is detrimental to the physical and mental health and safety of underground coal mining personnel.This study used a fatigue symptom self-assessment scale to evaluate the difference in fatigue accumulation between day and night shift support workers under the "three-eight" system.A fatigue accumulation influencing factor survey questionnaire was designed,and a structural equation model was constructed to identify key influencing factors of fatigue accumulation in night shift and propose intervention measures.(1)Study on fatigue accumulation characteristics of coal mine.The labor organization and shift pattern of coal mining were investigated,and independent sample t-tests were conducted on the fatigue symptom self-assessment scale scores of day and night shift support workers during the shift cycle.The fatigue levels of both day and night shift support workers shows a growth trend with the increase of working hours.The fatigue level of night shift support workers reached a "relatively severe" level on the sixth day,while that of day shift support workers reached a "relatively severe" level on the tenth day.The fatigue level of night shift support workers is higher than that of day shift support workers,and the fatigue accumulation of night shift support workers is more serious.(2)Causes of night shift fatigue accumulation and identification of structural equation models.Based on the mechanism of work fatigue and the characteristics of coal mining,an index system of influencing factors of fatigue accumulation was constructed,and the influence path of fatigue accumulation was determined.A survey questionnaire on factors influencing fatigue accumulation was designed,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire met the requirements.A confirmatory factor analysis model was constructed,and the model’s structural validity,convergence validity of each dimension,composite reliability,and discriminant validity met the requirements.(3)Application of the coal mining night shift fatigue accumulation model and intervention factors.The initial structural equation model was constructed using AMOS,and the initial model was revised based on the operating results.The revised model shows that the impact coefficients of "environmental factors","organizational management","work factors," and "personnel factors" on "fatigue accumulation level" are 0.274,0.177,0.311,and 0.237,respectively.The impact coefficients of "environmental factors" on "personnel factors","organizational management," and "work factors" are 0.325,0.424,and 0.22,respectively.The impact coefficients of "work factors" and "personnel factors" on "organizational management" are 0.215 and0.152,respectively.Therefore,the main intervention factors are "environmental factors","work factors," and "personnel factors",and the secondary intervention factor is "organizational management".Improvement measures were proposed for each factor.The thesis has 18 figures,28 tables and 109 references. |
