At present,China’s social and economic development is rapid,the Fifth plenary session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed that the United States in 2035.The vision of basically achieving China’s construction goals and the new goals and tasks of "Achieving new progress in ecological civilization construction" in the period of the 14 th Five-Year Plan will reflect the requirements of green development and ecological and environmental protection in all fields and aspects of economic and social development,and promote the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.This puts forward higher requirements for the ability and quality of the personnel of Lanzhou Ecological Environment Monitoring Center in Gansu Province.In the context of rapid social development,the ecological environment monitoring work needs to face more complex environment,the corresponding work difficulty is greatly increased,so it is more necessary to improve the ability of ecological environment monitoring personnel through effective training.This paper takes Lanzhou Ecological Environment Monitoring Center as the research object,collects and collates relevant literature and materials in the past,and on the basis of clarifying relevant concepts and theories of personnel training,understands the actual situation of personnel training in Lanzhou Ecological Environment Monitoring Center through questionnaire survey,and carries out targeted research.Through the research,it is found that there are serious problems in the personnel training process of Lanzhou Ecological Environment Monitoring Center,including backward training concept,imperfect mechanism,lack of demand analysis link,single assessment and so on.In this regard,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions based on what we have learned and competency theory.It believes that the optimization can be achieved by improving training cognition,clarifying training needs,enriching training methods,and improving training quality supervision and incentive mechanism.It is hoped that this study can play a positive role in improving the training of ecological environment monitoring personnel in Lanzhou.
