With the increasing awareness of human resources,today,employee training is becoming a key force for the long-term development of enterprises,and the technological competitiveness created by training has become the core of enterprise competitiveness.The company’s training has risen from the previous full-staff ability improvement to the company’s development strategy level.The world’s top-ranked companies are constantly developing and refining employee training to develop and enhance their employees’ key technical skills.In the process of training management,it is necessary to ensure that the training process is evaluated in a timely,objective and effective manner,to ensure the realization of the strategic objectives of the training,to find out the problems existing in the training and to formulate corresponding countermeasures.The purpose of this paper is to provide the company with a complete,scientifically standardized and effective training system and evaluation system through the research on the training needs investigation,training plan formulation,training content,training effect and problem analysis of NN oil and gas branch companies.The oil and gas branch has improved the training effect.This paper first studies the key theories and training principles of enterprise employee training,and takes this as a starting point to form the general idea of this paper.Secondly,the author selects the employees of his own company as the research object,collects the relevant regulations of the company’s current training management combined with daily work and study,and preliminarily judges the main problems existing in the establishment and implementation of the training system of NN Oil and Gas Transmission Branch.Thirdly,according to the NN Oil and Gas Transmission Branch’s skill appraisal and rating special book,the group company’s system documents,the requirements for employees’ professional ethics and the corporate vision of innovative development,17 competency demand variables related to skilled personnel training are extracted.In order to ensure the training demand Carry out a comprehensive and accurate assessment,formulate a questionnaire on the company’s job competency characteristics,and issue a questionnaire to the employees of the company’s skilled operation posts.Then,on the basis of collecting valid questionnaires,through frequency analysis and T test,a three-dimensional job competency model of NN oil and gas industry is constructed.Then,it conducts an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of the training effect of skilled personnel.Finally,according to the interviews and survey results,it analyzes the problems existing in the training of skilled personnel in NN Oil and Gas Transmission Branch and proposes effective countermeasures to deal with the current training problems.From the perspective of competency,this study cuts into the analysis and research on the training effect and problems of skilled personnel in NN Oil and Gas Transmission Branch,combined with the empirical analysis that affects the effect of skilled personnel training in NN Oil and Gas Transmission Branch,and proposes the improvement and effect of the training of skilled personnel in NN Oil and Gas Transmission Branch.A new direction for ascension.Through the construction and continuous modification and improvement of the competency model,the skilled person can clearly understand the responsibilities of the position,and at the same time understand how to improve themselves to obtain the best performance.At the same time,we will continue to optimize the factors that affect the training effect,hoping to provide new ideas for the training and development of employees in my country’s oil and gas storage and transportation industry and to improve the overall quality of employees while helping NN’s skilled personnel to improve their technical level. |
