With the rapid development of global technology and economy,new things,trends and ideas continue to emerge.In order not to be eliminated by the times,enterprises need to accept new things and ideas,follow the mainstream,and this requires them to have more fresh blood to meet the needs of enterprise updates and iterations.Enterprises are increasingly developing towards a trend of youthfulness,with the 90 s and even 00 s becoming the mainstream team in companies.Young people place more emphasis on self-development,comfort and satisfaction.In the future,if enterprises want to attract more high-quality talents,they need to first ensure that employees are physically and mentally happy while working in the company and get satisfaction from the enterprise.As an innovative modern environmental protection enterprise with the concept of "Internet + Environmental Protection",JM Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.has been established for more than ten years.Due to the company’s rapid development,there is a lack of management in various aspects,which has resulted in low job satisfaction among90 s employees and serious talent loss.After referring to the management models of some top enterprises at home and abroad,the management work has improved,but there are still many problems.Therefore,to stand invincible in the digital wave and turmoil,global transformation and communication,JM Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.needs to better improve employee satisfaction.This paper takes JM Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.as an example,and uses questionnaire survey,in-depth interview,and quantitative analysis to analyze the composition,current situation,and problems of job satisfaction among the company’s 90 s employees.The study found that there are many problems with job satisfaction among JM Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.’s 90 s employees.Among them,the main factors that lead to employee dissatisfaction are the imperfect internal management system,insufficient welfare benefits,limited career development space,and high work pressure.Therefore,this paper proposes a series of feasible measures and suggestions,including improving the internal management system,enhancing welfare benefits,strengthening career development planning,and reducing work pressure.These measures and suggestions can effectively improve employee job satisfaction and provide strong support for the company’s sustainable development.Overall,this study aims to provide JM Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.with feasible measures and suggestions to improve employee job satisfaction,stimulate their internal potential,and enable them to work stably and with high performance in the company,achieving a win-win situation for both the enterprise and the employees.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide useful inspiration and reference for the improvement of human resource management and internal management systems in similar enterprises.
