In recent years,with the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,they had become the backbone of social and economic development and an important force to promote all-round social and economic development.The numbers of small and medium-sized enterprises are expanding rapidly,and the quality is gradually improving at the same time.However,in the process of accelerating development,many problems are appearing,staff turnover is more prominent.In order to solve the problem of staff turnover,we need to start with employee satisfaction,study the current situation of employee satisfaction.And find the problems and measures to improve employee satisfaction,in order to improve employee satisfaction,accelerate the development of small and medium-sized enterprises at the same time.The sample studied in this thesis is the employees of Company A.The company belongs to the small and medium-sized and micro design industry.It is also faced with the problem of staff turnover in development.After reading a lot of literature,this thesis took employee satisfaction as the starting point to explore the reasons behind personnel turnover.By improving employee satisfaction,let the enterprise retain talent.At the same time,to promote the further development of the enterprise.The first part,finding problems.Based on the research of previous scholars,consulted,sorted out and summarized the representative views of experts and scholars: the definition of employee satisfaction,influencing factors and so on.With the help of the relevant employee incentive theory,the thesis put forward the ideas and methods to study the employee satisfaction of Company A.The second part is the analysis of the problems.Based on the organizational structure,personnel situation,the characteristics of employees,industry characteristics and interview results,the thesis determined the dimensions and specific questions of the company questionnaire survey.Through the data analysis software,the thesis analyzed the survey results,exposed the problems in the employee satisfaction of Company A,and analyzed the causes of the problems in each dimension.The third part is to solve the problems.With the reasons of the problems,the thesis found the strategy to solve the problems,and solved the problems of personnel turnover on the basis of improving employee satisfaction in the development of the company.The main conclusions of the thesis are as follows: First,the dimensions to evaluate the employee satisfaction of Company A are: job itself,interpersonal relationship,job return and enterprise management.Secondly,it is found that the dimensions of employee satisfaction of Company A from low to high are: job return,company management,work itself,interpersonal relationship.That is,the company lacks a perfect employee welfare system;Lacks a humanized management system;Lacks employee training and career management.Thirdly,the countermeasures to improve the employee satisfaction of Company A: Building a sound employee salary and welfare systems,Humanized management system,Creating an office environment that meets the needs of employees,and Strengthening employee training and career management.
