Industry is an important pillar of GDP,so the deep integration and development of industry and digital economy has always been an important strategic plan of MIIT.China’s steel industry has always occupied an important position in the global competition pattern,but there have long been serious problems such as overcapacity,low industry concentration,low proportion of high-quality products and poor industrial structure.In 2015,the supply-side structural reform policy was strictly implemented for many industries,and the steel industry that has been seriously overcapacity is the focus of supply-side reform,and 2015 is also the year of the outbreak of "Internet +",5G,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,intelligent algorithms and blockchain and other advanced technologies have been applied to many traditional industries,manufacturing,retail,service industries have been rejuvenated and vitality through the use of digital technology to implement digital transformation.This paper selects Baosteel as a case enterprise,uses the literature research method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method to study the driving factors of Baosteel’s digital transformation according to the status,problems and industry characteristics of the digital transformation of the steel industry,mainly including external factors such as capacity reduction,environmental protection and emission reduction policy drive,market demand decline,as well as internal factors such as reducing operation and management costs and optimizing production processes,and chooses three paths of business process reengineering,intelligent marketing and business model reform to reform and complete digital transformation.Finally,from the two levels of financial and non-financial effects,the balanced scorecard is combined to evaluate the effect from five dimensions: finance,learning and growth,internal processes,customers and eco-efficiency.Finally,this paper concludes that digital transformation can bring positive effects to the performance of financial and non-financial dimensions and deepen industrial agglomeration by optimizing business processes and transforming business models to reduce operating costs,improve production efficiency and industrial synergy.However,on the other hand,it should also be noted that digital transformation requires enterprises to invest a lot of money and assets,and its positive effect takes a long time to have an effect,so enterprises should do a long-term strategic planning and increase investment in digital construction. |
