Lack of physical activity,as a typical feature of modern unhealthy lifestyles,has seriously hindered the further improvement of the overall health of the people.Promoting the implementation of the National Fitness Program has also become an important aspect of the Healthy China Action.Compared with outdoor and institutional fitness,home fitness has irreplaceable advantages such as flexibility and freedom.By promoting home and other exercise scenarios to complement each other,it will help improve the participation level of national fitness.In recent years,the household fitness product industry has developed vigorously.In the design process of related products,incorporating interdisciplinary theoretical references on behavior change can strengthen the initiative,continuity and effectiveness of users’ exercise behaviors,and reduce the difficulty in exercising in the home environment.problems,and ultimately help more users develop a healthy and active lifestyle.Therefore,this article aims to combine the research results of design thinking and behavioral science,and try to propose methods,strategies and tools for design practice,so as to provide reference for designers.This paper systematically sorts out relevant behavior change theories through literature review.Firstly,it summarizes the development process of persuasive design,a commonly used framework,clarifies some concepts that are easily confused,tries to discuss some limitations of the current direction,and will focus on The emerging framework of behavioral design(BCD)serves as the theoretical starting point for this paper.Then,explore the current mainstream behavior change theories in other disciplines,based on the dual system theory,discuss the importance of paying attention to the two behavioral elements of users’ rationality and emotion in the design process,and the current situation of lack of methodological basis for emotional intervention.This paper uses observation,questionnaire and other methods to conduct a preliminary investigation and analysis of the current situation of home fitness in China,deepen the understanding of research issues,and use it as the basis for qualitative research.Materials,three-level coding to generate the "Sentimental Contact Model of Sports Behavior Intervention Design"(SAM),the three main categories of the model include social emotion,action experience and media perception,involving 9 sub-categories and 28 initial categories,aiming at It provides a reference for designers and other researchers to plan interventions based on emotional factors.Then,discuss how to combine the behavioral science research results with the design thinking method,use the double diamond process model,integrate relevant theories and methods to propose a design process framework,and based on the project practice,output 4 product design principles focusing on user behavior And 5 design strategies,and finally verify the effectiveness of these design processes and strategies in improving the efficiency of creative output and optimizing design output.
