| Since ancient times,"food is the essence of the people",the importance of diet can be seen clearly.As a product closely related to diet,kitchen utensils can attract more attention.With the development of the economy,cooking has become a way of enriching life instead of providing for food and clothing.The development of the single economy,the advancement of intelligent household appliances,and the advent of the post epidemic era have made intelligent kitchen utensils a trend.It is particularly important to design functional,personalized,and emotional designs tailored to the specific needs of different users.As a special user group,urban singles have characteristics such as high education background,high income,high consumption ability,and pursuit of high-quality life.They also have personalized demand for intelligent kitchen products.The topic is to study the design of intelligent kitchen utensils for urban singles from the perspective of industrial design,combined with persuasion theory.Firstly,it summarizes and sorts out relevant literature,systematically expounds the theory of persuasion,and summarizes the application of persuasion design including Fogg behavior model,persuasion design behavior table,and addiction model;This paper summarizes the persuasion mechanism and strategy of persuasion design,analyzes successful cases of applying persuasion theory to products,and provides a theoretical basis for intelligent kitchen ware design.Secondly,conduct research and analysis on the cooking behavior of urban singles,summarize the group characteristics of urban singles,explore the factors that affect urban singles’ cooking behavior through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,quantify the weight of user behavior motivation and ability factors based on AHP,establish a user model,and analyze the factors that hinder urban singles’ cooking through KJ method.Then,based on the different characteristics of the use of intelligent kitchenware in the cooking process,the user behavior is divided into stages,and the target behavior in each stage is analyzed.A behavioral persuasion model for urban single intelligent kitchenware is constructed,and the persuasion design strategy is output,summarizing the design process and persuasion process of intelligent kitchenware products.Finally,considering both improving the motivation of users’ cooking behavior and reducing the difficulty of cooking behavior occurrence in the behavioral persuasion model,the design practice was carried out by combining software and hardware to build an intelligent kitchenware product service system.The "Qiafan" APP and intelligent kitchenware products with quantitative food material functions were attempted to design,reflecting the core persuasion method,and design evaluation was conducted.Through the research on persuasion design of intelligent kitchenware products,it provides reference for the combination of persuasion theory and intelligent kitchenware products,and opens up ideas for the intelligent development of kitchenware products. |
