With the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy,China’s environmental and resource problems are becoming increasingly serious.In order to realize the ecological economic development path of economic development,resource conservation,environmental protection and mutual coordination between human and nature,the country must attach importance to the development of circular economy.The renewable resources industry is an important part of the circular economy.It supports the normative and healthy development of the renewable resources industry and helps the development of the circular economy.At present,there are many renewable resources industries in China,and the industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Strategic cost management is an effective method for enterprises to improve market competitiveness and achieve scale expansion.Performance management is an important way to achieve strategic management.Performance management coordinates and unifies the operation of enterprises,saves costs,and improves efficiency,so as to optimize industrial structure,improve enterprise value chain,and achieve enterprise strategic objectives.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the performance management of enterprises and improve the satisfaction and recognition of employees to realize the sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the relevant theories and tools of performance management,this paper analyzes the current situation of performance management of ZY Renewable Resources Company,and finds that the company lacks performance coaching and performance feedback links in the current performance management operation,and there are problems in the performance evaluation link,such as unreasonable setting of indicators and single application of performance evaluation results,which seriously affect the effectiveness of the company’s performance management.Deeply analyze the causes of performance management problems,Based on the actual situation of the company,the BEM performance improvement model is used in combination with KSF Critical success factor to develop the company’s key indicators,propose improvement plans and safeguard measures for the problems existing in the company’s performance management,and provide practical solutions for the company’s performance management problems.Through the implementation of these measures,we continuously improve the company’s performance management system,achieve the goal of continuous improvement in performance management,and contribute to the development of the company.Performance management is a continuous improvement management process.This article combines the theory of performance management and the application of professional tools to solve the company’s performance management problems in a practical manner,proposes performance improvement and guarantee measures suitable for ZY company,and also provides reference and reference for other companies facing the same problems.
