In this paper,we use a combination of field measurements,numerical simulation,simulation experiments and field tests to carry out research on dust transport and pneumatic fog screen dust control technology at the tape transfer point,which is of great significance for dust pollution prevention and control in the tape road in coal transportation.It is of great significance to prevent and control dust pollution in coal transportation.The research object is to analyze the mechanism of dust production at the transfer point based on the actual measurement data in the field,and to analyze the reliability through the actual measurement of important parameters such as the size of the roadway,dispersion and dust concentration in the field,divided into numerical simulation,simulation experiment and field application test.Establishing the model of the transfer point of the tape transport lane on site,through the established numerical model of wind flow-coal dust in the tape transport lane,the wind flow field and dust transport law at the transfer point of 45205 tape transport lane are studied,and the research of coal dust pollution law is carried out,and it is found that the cause of the vortex flow inside the drop chute at the transfer point is generated by the mixed motion of the induced wind flow from the drop opening,the wind flow of the tape transport lane and the traction force on the belt surface.With the increase of time,the stratification of dust particles gradually emerged.The dust particles in the drop chute are mainly large-size dust particles,which are accelerated,and the dust particles near the lower belt are influenced by the traction force on the belt surface and produce secondary acceleration,which determines the most serious position of dust pollution.Thus,the design direction of pneumatic fog screen comprehensive dust control technology needs to strengthen the coverage and prevent the escape of low micron size dust is clear.By building a pneumatic fog screen wind resistance test experiment and dust reduction simulation experiment platform,comparing the dust control efficiency and dust control ability of pneumatic spiral fog screen and supersonic spray,the advantages of wind resistance,wide coverage and efficient dust reduction efficiency of the two nozzles under the experimental conditions were clarified,and the dust reduction efficiency of the pneumatic spiral fog screen full dust can reach up to 90.25%,and the dust reduction efficiency of the dust hooting can reach up to 86.47%,for the pneumatic fog screen This will pave the way for the application of comprehensive dust control technology.The COMSOL software is used to model the interior of the coal drop chute at the transfer point,and the factors influencing the dust reduction effect of the pneumatic fog screen integrated dust control technology are studied,and the dust control principle of the pneumatic fog screen integrated dust control device is elaborated.The supersonic fog screen jet angle and pneumatic spiral nozzle under such working conditions are selected as the core.On the basis of the research on pneumatic fog screen integrated dust control technology,a field engineering applicability study was conducted at the reloading point of the tape transport lane in Sandaogou coal mine.Combined with the established numerical model of wind flow-coal dust pollution,it was determined that the most serious dust pollution location is the drop opening above the drop chute at the transfer point.The total water consumption of the device is447~543ml/min,and the total air consumption is 62L/min.Comparing the changes of dust concentration before and after treatment,the dust reduction efficiency of the most serious dust pollution location reaches 86.78%,which,combined with the experimental dust reduction comparison,verifies the advantages of pneumatic fog screen integrated dust control technology of high efficiency and energy saving,which can improve dust control efficiency,improve the working environment and reduce the impact of dust pollution.At the same time,it provides new ideas and methods for the research of spray dust reduction means,which has important research significance for dust control work in coal mines and underground dust management,safe production and occupational safety and health.The paper has 53 figures,14 tables and 103 references...
