At present,with the continuous development of the construction industry,various engineering projects emerge one after another.The construction environment of real estate projects is relatively complex,and there are some complex construction links such as high-altitude operation and dangerous large projects.Therefore,some safety problems will inevitably occur in the construction process,which requires corresponding safety management.The research on safety management evaluation of real estate projects is mainly to have an overall grasp of the safety situation of the project in the process of project implementation,and then make targeted improvement,improve the safety management level of the project,and minimize the occurrence of safety accidents.In this context,it is necessary to study the content of construction safety management evaluation of engineering projects.Taking the construction safety management of the project under construction of s real estate company in Shanxi Province as the main research object,this paper comprehensively grasps the construction safety management of the project under construction of s real estate company through the elaboration of the connotation and evaluation method of construction safety management,and takes the construction safety management of the project of s real estate company as an example,Comprehensively use a variety of methods to analyze the current situation and existing problems of its safety management,and focus on its shortcomings and deficiencies.On this basis,use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to further analyze the main causes of construction safety management problems of engineering projects,build the corresponding construction safety management system,and put forward the corresponding safety management strategies.Through the analysis,it is found that there are still some problems in the construction safety management of s real estate company,including the imperfect safety organization structure of s real estate company,the safety management system has not been implemented,the lack of safety education and training,the insufficient investment of safety guarantee funds,and the safety technology level needs to be improved.Based on this,this paper designs the construction safety management evaluation system of the project under construction of s real estate company,and puts forward appropriate construction safety management strategies,including standardizing the bidding management of the project,improving the safety management organization structure of the project,improving the construction safety management system of the project,strengthening the communication and coordination of various subjects,and doing the corresponding inspection work,To better improve the construction safety management level of the project.
