Visual Design Research On The Living Inheritance Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Ancient Papermaking In Shiqiao, Danzhai, Guizho

Before the introduction of intangible cultural heritage protection into China in the 21 st century,people’s understanding of Chinese traditional handicrafts remained within the scope of cultural heritage,and with the introduction and development of the concept of intangible cultural heritage,it provided new ideas for the protection of traditional handicrafts in China,so that the protection of intangible cultural heritage was upgraded to a living protection.In 2006,Guizhou Danzhai paper-making skills were included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list,located in Shiqiao Village,Danzhai County,Guizhou Province.The ancient papermaking culture of Shiqiao not only has a long history,the traditional papermaking processes and tools are relatively intact,and the local superior natural environment also provides unique conditions for Shiqiao papermaking.However,in the process of deepening economic reform and transforming to a market economy,Shiqiao Papermaking has fallen into a dilemma under the influence of the general environment,and what was originally a situation where every household will make paper has become a situation where only a few households make paper.This paper will study the national intangible cultural heritage(hereinafter referred to as intangible cultural heritage)in Danzhai County,Guizhou Province,through field investigation,population survey,literature analysis,practical operation and other methods,to understand and deeply explore the contemporary significance of Shiqiao ancient papermaking,explore the feasibility and design methods of visual design of ancient papermaking intangible cultural heritage,and form a relatively complete set of visual design works and innovative paper products with cultural themes.In the form of text,graphics and other forms,it intuitively and vividly displays the local customs and customs of Shiqiao,the production process and cultural connotation of local ancient papermaking,so that the local Shiqiao ancient papermaking intangible cultural heritage culture can keep pace with the times on the basis of maintenance,help Shiqiao ancient papermaking more adapt to today’s market,promote the development of local cultural tourism industry,enhance social recognition,and thus help the living inheritance of Shiqiao ancient papermaking intangible cultural heritage.
