Research On Xi Jinping's Ecological Civilization Thought And Its Practice In Ili Prefecture, Xinjian

Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,with the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s demand for a better living environment has been growing.To this,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core based on our ecological environment reality,the global environmental protection development trend,in order to solve the social ecological environment problems as a starting point,to meet people’s growing ecological demand as the foothold,formed the Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-Civilization with Chinese characteristics,to promote the construction of beautiful China,realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation "Chinese dream" laid a profound theoretical foundation.Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-Civilization,this paper studies the practice of ecological civilization construction in Yili Prefecture,Xinjiang,which is mainly divided into the following five parts: First,the introduction,which includes the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,research methods and the innovation and deficiency of this paper.Second,the generation of Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-Civilization expounds the theoretical traceability,practical basis and formation process of Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-Civilization.Third,the main content and characteristics of Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-Civilization.As the latest theoretical achievement of the socialist thought on ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics,Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-Civilization is rich and comprehensive in content,including the thought of ecological development,ecological people’s livelihood,ecological rule of law,ecological system and ecological win-win situation.The five ecological thoughts show Xi Jinping’s people-centered value pursuit of ecological civilization thought,and its systematic and profound theoretical heritage.Fourth,the current situation of ecological civilization construction in Yili Prefecture under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-Civilization.Combined with the actual situation of ecological civilization construction in Yili Prefecture,the achievements of ecological civilization construction in Yili Prefecture are introduced from the four aspects of tourism,agriculture,animal husbandry and forestry,and the causes of the existing ecological problems are analyzed.Fifth,the practical path of ecological civilization construction in Yili prefecture under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Eco-Civilization.According to the problems in the ecological civilization construction in Yili prefecture in the fourth part,the corresponding countermeasures are expounded from four aspects.
