| The civil blasting industry(hereinafter referred to as the civil blasting industry)is the basic industry for the development of China’s national economy,known as the "source of energy industry,the foundation of basic industries.".Civil explosive materials(hereinafter referred to as civil explosive materials or products)are subject to strict national control due to their explosive properties.Their production,sales,storage,transportation,use,and other aspects require permission or approval from the relevant functional departments of the government.The market concentration of the civil explosive industry has typical characteristics of small,scattered,and low.Recently,with the fast development of China’s society and economy,the degree of marketization has continuously improved.In order to implement the call of the "free management and service" policy in national policies,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,in conjunction with the Ministry of Public Security,the General Administration of Market Supervision,and other relevant national ministries and commissions,has issued a series of policies for the free management and service of the civil explosive industry,as well as supporting the excellent and strong,which has led to a series of changes in the profit model of the civil explosive industry,especially those related to the production and circulation of civil explosives.This article analyzes the problems existing in the business model faced by enterprises in the civil explosive industry under the current national policy environment.Taking Company A as an example,it briefly expounds the background of the problem,the purpose and significance of the research,the characteristics of the civil explosive industry,the evolution of the administrative licensing system,regulatory methods,and operational effectiveness.It analyzes the existing business model of Company A in achieving information integration,information sharing The current situation in line with the industrial development trend.The current problems faced by Company A,such as asymmetric supply and demand information,insufficient resource integration,high management costs,and single user procurement channels,are analyzed.This article discusses the innovation of enterprise profit model from the perspective of enterprise management.The article integrates the resources of A company in the production,sales,and use of civil explosive materials to achieve resource sharing;The business process of Company A has been restructured,and transactions in the procurement,transportation,sales,storage,use,and other aspects of civil explosive products have been realized through information technology.The responsibilities for safety management of civil explosive products can be quickly and quickly locked,and the transaction efficiency can be improved;Analyzing the "production,sales,and explosion" integrated service model of Company A,and conducting innovative research on grasping terminal resources or terminal resource sharing in the civil explosive industry,can not only meet the current market system,but also meet the current development trend of promoting "production,sales,and explosion" integrated services proposed by the national civil explosive industry authorities.Under the current system control in China,the integration of production,sales,transportation,storage,and use involved in the civil explosive industry is organically combined through the resource sharing theory to explore a win-win business model innovation and development path. |
