Research On Industry And Finance Integration Optimization Of E Group Under Financial Sharing Platform

With the advent of the big data era,economic globalization and market competition have gradually intensified,economic development has become more complex,and enterprise development is facing more uncertainties;traditional financial management models within enterprises have also arisen more and more serious challenges.In this context,optimizing corporate financial management and promoting corporate financial transformation are already the key concerns of many enterprises.The promotion and application of big data has brought great inspiration and entry points to enterprise financial transformation.It is being used by more and more enterprises through the development of informatization network platforms,and informatization requires a certain degree of integration between business and finance.Therefore,developing business-financial integration on the basis of financial sharing has become the choice of more and more enterprises.Financial sharing can strengthen the accounting capabilities of enterprises,provide support and guarantee for the integration of enterprise financial work with business work,so that financial work can enter the first stage of business.However,the integration of business finance can strengthen the control of relevant processes by enterprises,provide data and information support for the formulation of management decisions,and business-related work can be adjusted in a timely and effective manner based on financial information to help optimize and improve business processes.However,business finance integration is based on financial sharing to deeply integrate finance and business,break down data silos,and improve enterprise management efficiency.The integrated business finance management model based on financial sharing enhances collaboration and communication between finance departments and business departments,enables full-process financial supervision of business,and is a new trend in future corporate finance development.However,there are also problems with the integration of the two.For example,the establishment of financial sharing by many enterprises is only a change in form,there is no better help for the next step in the development of business-financial integration,and problems such as insufficient depth of business and financial integration.Therefore,how to better link financial sharing with business-finance integration,and develop business-finance integration on the basis of financial sharing,so that financial sharing becomes a major contributor to the development of the business-finance integration model is a key issue that needs to be solved urgently.The case enterprise in this article,E Group,established a financial sharing platform during its development,and developed a relatively complete financial operation mechanism based on this development of financial integration.Therefore,this paper uses Group E as the research subject,analyzes the development status of business-finance integration in the context of financial sharing,and analyzes in detail the process from financial sharing to business-finance integration,so as to derive the effects and successful experiences of Group E in developing business-finance integration.Then,based on the development situation and future development direction,the problems that have arisen in the process of developing the integration of industry and finance by Group E are further analyzed.Finally,optimization plans were proposed in terms of process,employee,and financial process development.The purpose of this article is to find strategies that can enable Group E to move forward steadily and sustainably develop through research on Group E’s business-finance integration model.At the same time,it helps enterprises that plan to develop in the future or are already developing business-financial integration,provide corresponding theoretical foundations and practical experience,and provide them with lessons and assistance.
