With the advent of the era of big data,human society has stepped into the era of new digital economy,and the existing financial management model has been unable to meet the requirements of enterprise development in quality and efficiency.In the face of fierce market competition,enterprises need to constantly carry out strategic adjustment,management mode reform,resource integration and so on.As the core part of enterprise management,financial management should keep up with the needs of enterprise reform to support the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.The new financial management model of the integration of business and finance arises at the historic moment and becomes the main direction of the financial reform of enterprises.The integration of business and finance can effectively solve the shortcomings existing in the traditional financial function work,and play a good role in promoting the external competitiveness of enterprises and the internal management level.Based on the organization structure change,process reengineering,budget management and information construction of historical literature study,in-depth analysis of the Z corporation’s condition before goods fusion development problem,on the basis of which the necessity of building industry fiscal integration and implementation path,and analyzes the industry goods fusion the effect after implementation and safeguard measures.Next,based on the organizational structure reform,business process reengineering and budget management theory,this paper puts forward the theoretical framework and ideas of building the integration of industry and finance,explains the effect of the implementation of integration of industry and finance,and summarizes the safeguard measures in the implementation of integration of industry and finance.Through the analysis of Z company’s business and financial integration construction,this paper draws the following conclusions: first,through the construction of business and financial integration can optimize and restructure the internal business process,organizational structure and other elements,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,improving the level of financial management,and ultimately to create the maximum value of the enterprise.On the other hand,based on the theory of comprehensivebudget management,the author puts forward the implementation of financial integration from several aspects,such as organizational structure adjustment,business process reengineering,the improvement of information technology and the creation of cultural atmosphere.In the early stage of the integration of business and finance,the organizational structure of Z Company was solved under the guidance of organizational change theory.In the middle period of business and financial integration,the process problems of business and financial integration of Z Company are solved under the guidance of process reengineering management theory.At the same time,the comprehensive budget management theory is taken as the guidance to highlight the value guidance of "calculation first,then action" and improve the enterprise benefit.Now entering the information age,IT is necessary to use IT technology to improve efficiency and reduce costs,at the same time to create a cultural atmosphere of integration of business and finance,and to drive the transformation of financial management by internal dynamism.Third,through the implementation effect of the integration of industry and finance,we can see that the organizational structure of the enterprise is more optimized,the process is more reasonable,the level of financial management has been significantly improved,and the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise has been effectively enhanced.
