Ionic liquids(ILs)are a salt composed of organic cations and inorganic anions.Large amounts of heterocycles such as imidazole and pyridine can be used as organic cations in ionic liquids.Similarly,various organic and inorganic anions can be incorporated into the structure of ionic liquids to prepare task-specific ionic liquids.The importance of ionic liquids lies in their excellent properties,such as high electrical conductivity and thermal stability.These features identify a wide range of ionic liquids in various research fields,including catalysis.Ionic liquids are considered to be perfect metal-free catalysts,consistent with green chemistry principles.In most cases,using conventional materials as carrier-loaded ionic liquid-based catalysts can catalyze selective organic reactions,which are widely used in chemical processes,and are also used as effective solvents,reaction media,extractants,and organic oxidation catalysts.Recently,it is interesting to prepare heterogeneous solid catalysts by fixing metal-containing or non-metal ions on different solid supports,which are easily separated and recovered after complete reaction.In this paper,the author first synthesized different kinds of catalysts(x)Al-MCM-41@ILCeCl4(y)and(x)Fe-MCM-41@ILTiCl5(y)to confirm the catalyst structural performance by SEM、EDS、XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis、N2adsorption-desorption、TG and other characterization methods.In addition,in order to explore the best catalyst,the author used the reaction of dihydroquinazolinone synthesis by adjacent amino carbamide and aldehyde as the probe reaction.The optimal reaction conditions were determined by controlling for the different reaction conditions.The results show that(2)Al-MCM-41@ILCeCl4(0.5)solid catalyst has the highest condensation efficiency of a series of aldehyde and ketones and anthranenzamide under mild conditions.Moreover,the catalyst is stable,very active,robust,with good recycling ability and no significant loss of catalytic activity.Through similar synthesis of(x)Fe-MCM-41@ILTiCl5(y)and one-pot o-benzamide and ketone/aldehyde as the probe reaction,the optimal reaction conditions were determined by controlling the different reaction conditions.The results show that(2)Fe-MCM-41@ILTiCl5(0.6)solid catalyst has the highest condensation efficiency of a series of aldehydes and ketones and anthranenzamide under mild conditions.In addition,the catalyst is stable,very active and strong,and has good recycling ability.After five cycles,the infrared and ultraviolet characterization results showed that there was no significant change in the structure of the catalyst before and after recycling,and the catalytic effect was not significantly reduced.In addition,all the target products obtained were characterized by 1H NMR、LC-MS and melting point test.
