The private economy is an important part of China’s economy,and the development of the private economy plays a vital role in the development of China’s economy.In recent years,the development of private enterprises,especially small and medium-sized private enterprises,is facing huge difficulties,with increased costs,declining revenues,and brain drain,all of which restrict the development of private enterprises.In order to break the vicious circle of the development dilemma of private enterprises,the implementation of the talent strategy and the advantages of human resources are an important way to improve the dilemma of enterprises.The implementation of effective incentive mechanisms is an important means of developing and managing human resources.By improving the incentive mechanism,enterprises can maximize the work potential and enthusiasm of employees,attract outstanding talents,establish a community of destiny between enterprises and employees,and bring help to the development of enterprises.BT company’s employee incentive system construction time is relatively short,although in recent years also implemented some incentive measures,but the implementation effect is not good,did not play a role in mobilizing employees’ work enthusiasm.On the basis of combing the relevant research results at our country and the West countries,In view of the current status of BT’s incentive system,this paper uses questionnaire surveys and other research methods to investigate and analyze the satisfaction of the company’s incentive system and the differences in individual factors of BT company’s employees,and understands that there are some highlight problems in the firm’s current incentive mechanism,such as design of the payroll system is defect,mechanism of performance appraisal is imperfect,mechanism of staff development is imperfect,and mechanism of spiritual incentive is lack.This paper use reliability test and individual factor satisfaction analysis method of reliability analysis to analyze the difference of incentive factors by survey result,so as to ensure that the information and analysis conclusions are relatively true and reliable.In view of the problem of the existing salary system of BT Company,it can be innovated through the salary mechanism,especially by updating the existing salary system and policies,establishing an efficient wage system,setting standards for salary with post energy efficiency wage production,and implementing an efficient wage incentive model.For the problem of performance appraisal,the performance appraisal system can be innovated and the appraisal standards can be improved to improve the effect of salary incentives,so that employees feel that the company recognizes their work efforts and achievements.Faced with the current situation where the company’s employees’ career development incentives are not effective,it is recommended that the company provide a plan that is in line with personal career development,so as to diversify and differentiate the company’s employee development incentive system,so that employees can see the direction of progress and generate positive motivation,and through the improvement of the employee training system,targeted education and training,and encourage and reward employees to receive further continuing education,improve employees’ own capabilities,so that employees can appreciate the company’s attention to them.At the same time,the company should use the construction of corporate culture to provide incentives for non-material spiritual and cultural factors,create a positive,comfortable environment,unity and harmony of a good working environment,enhance the attractiveness and cohesion of corporate culture,let employees feel the humanistic care of the enterprise,and improve work enthusiasm.Then design a series of improved safeguard measures suitable for BT company,in order to effectively solve the problems existing in the company’s employee incentive mechanism,fully mobilize the subjective initiative and work enthusiasm of employees,then the goal of combining attracting,retaining,educating and motivating people can be achieved and promoting the stable and healthy development of BT company.
