In recent years,the world’s economic level has been developing rapidly,and the degree of integration has been accelerating.As a private enterprise producing high-end new materials,SDXY Glove company faces the pressure of competition.It must find a suitable path of high-end product research and development,meet the market needs to improve the quality of products,and enhance the competition in the industry.Therefore,in-depth exploration and analysis on the high-end product R&D strategy of SDXY glove Company can not only help enterprises face up to the internal and external environment,grasp rare opportunities,avoid crises,develop a more perfect product R&D strategy,strengthen the core competitiveness of the company,but also guide the competition relationship within the industry.So as to better promote the development of the product industry in the whole.Based on two relevant theoretical knowledge of strategic management and product research and development,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the high-end products and research and development status of SDXY Glove Company by referring to relevant literature,books and other materials,and makes an in-depth study of the internal and external environment of the company and similar industries by using PEST and SWOT model as a whole.It is concluded that SDXY glove company must fully grasp the external opportunities,enhance its own high-end product advantages,can carry out specific research and development.Based on the above analysis,we should strengthen the specific positioning of high-end product research and development,and focus on the future direction of market development and customer needs.Therefore,according to the company’s own situation to carry out the development and selection of product research and development strategy,use SWOT analysis to summarize three candidate schemes:Vertical integration product R&D strategy,cost leading product R&D strategy,technology leading product R&D strategy,through the QSPM matrix analysis,finally determine the combination of technology leading and vertical integration,the implementation of high-end product R&D strategy.First,develop a series of products with leading advantages in the internal industry to increase the core competitiveness;Then in the market segment to implement high-end product research and development,development of chain business,expand the scope of related markets;Finally,it points out the strategic guarantee measures for the hybrid research and development strategy of high-end products to escort the future development of enterprises.The research results of this paper can not only deepen the development and application of high-end products of SDXY glove company in its field,and lay a solid foundation for the theoretical research and expansion of product R&D strategy,but also find a feasible product R&D strategy for SDXY glove company by using the relevant principles and analysis tools of strategic management.It not only points out a better direction for enterprises,but also effectively solves the problem of how to position enterprises’ products.It also has strong practicability and operability,which can expand market share and increase sales,reduce business risks,and promote the healthy development of enterprises.It is of great reference significance for the future development of private enterprises and the R&D strategy of products in related industries.
