As production technology advances the textile industry becomes increasingly competitive,textile companies also put forward higher requirements for textile processing technology.In order to ensure the quality of products and production efficiency,spinning production to control the moisture return rate of semi-finished products in each process.However,due to many factors in the actual production,it is difficult to achieve the moisture return rate.The electrostatic phenomenon in the workshop also affects the production and product quality of each process.In the textile production of fiber materials to go through many processes,can not avoid contact and friction,in contact,friction will generate static electricity.In addition,with the increased automation of the workshop,continuous and high-speed operations,electrostatic more easily generated.Research shows that the workshop temperature and humidity on the fiber moisture recovery rate,specific resistance and easy to control.At present,the domestic production conditions in the actual study of temperature and humidity and fiber moisture rate,specific resistance relationship is relatively small.The previous people tend to unilaterally study the textile process in each process of fiber moisture rate,in the investigation of the specific resistance and moisture relationship is also separate from the actual production process using constant temperature and humidity box research,either temperature or relative humidity can not simulate the actual production conditions,can not bring guidance to the actual production.Textile air conditioning technology is an indispensable technical measure in the production process of textile mills,the main task is to ensure that the workshop air has a certain temperature and humidity and cleanliness to meet the production process,provide a comfortable working environment and improve production efficiency.This paper uses a new water-cooled air conditioner to simulate the actual production conditions,and explores the application of this air conditioner under different weather conditions.Further tests on temperature and humidity uniformity,temperature and humidity adjustability,the effect of ground return air on temperature and humidity,and the relationship between temperature and humidity changes and time were conducted in the textile factory workshop.The experiments show that the textile air conditioner can meet the textile production standards even in extreme weather,and the air conditioning system can be used instead of a constant temperature and humidity chamber and for simulation of the textile production environment.The domestic textile processing process is extremely imprecise in regulating the fiber moisture return rate and specific resistance.In this paper,we designed a new water-cooled air conditioning system to test the specific resistance and moisture rate of cotton and linen fibers with high accuracy for the existing problems of substandard moisture rate and static electricity during the processing of cotton and linen fibers.The relationship between temperature and humidity and fiber moisture regain rate and specific resistance is studied and provided as a reference for actual production.The effect of temperature and humidity on the moisture return rate of cotton cylinder yarn under this air conditioner was investigated for the difficulty of humidifying cylinder yarn.The experiments show that under this textile air conditioner,the shorter the time for cotton and linen fibers to reach the nominal moisture return rate with the rise of temperature and humidity,the faster the specific resistance decreases;the larger the moisture return rate,the smaller the specific resistance,and the approximate exponential relationship.The textile air conditioner can meet the requirements of the fiber production process on the moisture return rate and specific resistance.Similarly,as the ambient temperature and humidity increase,the time required for the cotton cylinder yarn to reach the nominal moisture return rate is shortened,and the gap between the humidification effects of different positions of cylinder yarn is narrowed;the humidification requirements can be met in a regulated workshop of 20℃ and above with a relative humidity of 80% and above,and there is no need to consider the placement.
