Xinjiang belongs to the dry and semi-dry area, the climate is vary from that inland. The area is hot and dry in summer, so the indoor enthalpy is greater than the outdoor enthalpy value. This thesis studied the temperature and relative humidity of range and the relation between the temperature and humidity of textile mills and spinning to a textile mill in Xinjiang. the purpose is to enhance the production of quality of the textile mill in Xinjiang, in order to have similar equipment and technology of the textile mills, in order to better grasp the textile-related knowledge.This paper analyzes the relation between moisture regain and temperature, relative humidity during the process such as combing, drawing, roving and spinning. The main scopes of moisture regain in opening and cleaning, drawing, roving and spinning, and the index of semi-manufactured product are analyzed by frequency distribution and histogram, the connection between the yarn quality and the moisture regain in opening and cleaning, drawing, roving and spinning is studied through correlation analysis.Through the research some conclusion are draw as following:the temperature in carding workshop should be controlled from 240C to 280C, relative humidity is from 50% to 55%, and the moisture regain ranges from 5.5% to 6.5%. the temperature in drawing and roving workshop should be controlled between 240C and 290C, relative humidity is from 55% to 60%, and the moisture regain range from 5.0% to 6.5%. The temperature in spinning workshop should be controlled from 280C to 320C, relative humidity is from 46% to 52%, and the moisture regain ranges from 4.5% to 6.0%. There is linear relation between moisture regain of yarn and the number of nep by analyzing them, the number of nep increases along with the growing of yarn moisture regain. |
