| In the context of high-quality development,it is of great significance to effectively break the dilemma of realizing sustained and rapid economic growth at the cost of high energy consumption and high environmental pollution,solve the problem of coordinated development of social economic growth and environmental protection,and realize the transformation of green industrial development and value improvement of ecological products and services.Agriculture is basic industry of national economy,the realization of agricultural ecology and the transformation and upgrading of agricultural modernization,and agricultural enterprises is important to drive the main body,agricultural enterprises,especially the agricultural industrialization leading enterprises should set up the environment management idea,the ecological environment elements into the enterprise management decision,in the performance evaluation into the concept of ecological efficiency,promote the enterprise sustainable development and value creation and realization.Taking "enterprise ecological efficiency" as the research theme,leading enterprises of agricultural products processing were selected as the research object to clarify the concept and related theoretical basis of leading enterprises of agricultural products processing and enterprise ecological efficiency,identify the influencing factors of enterprise ecological efficiency,and reveal the interaction mechanism of influencing factors.Comparative evaluation of ecological efficiency,current measurement methods from definition of ecological efficiency,based on different perspectives,flow and stock building enterprise ecological efficiency of intuitionistic fuzzy sets to measure model of Hunan agricultural products processing enterprises listed on JJ company as case application research,measure its 2020 annual enterprise ecological efficiency,to measure the results of value for reference,the results show that:(1)The intuitive fuzzy set measurement model of enterprise ecological efficiency considers resource consumption,waste recycling and environmental pollution in the whole process of product production and service provision,measures enterprise economic benefits and ecological environmental costs,expenses and benefits in the form of aggregation,and considers the flow and stock of enterprise economic resources and ecological resources.It has theoretical and practical value to study the qualitative index or fuzzy influence index quantitatively with the degree of certainty.(2)the ecological efficiency affected by internal and external factors,the industry,the strength of environmental regulation,industry and regional economic structure,the enterprise ecological management and market performance of enterprises,foreign trade openness by influencing factors,such as enterprise economic resources,positive and negative to the ecological environment resources indirectly affect ecological efficiency,fuzzy degree of each factor are different,Enterprises should strengthen the recognition,judgment and measurement of these fuzzy elements in production and management.(3)Taking JJ Company as a case study to measure its ecological efficiency in 2020.The ecological efficiency of JJ company measured by "ecological economic benefit/(positive ecological resources + negative ecological resources)" is 0.697 and 0.622.The membership degree and non-membership degree of JJ company are the same,0.65 and 0.31,respectively.The hesitation degree is 0.04,and the intuitionistic fuzzy entropy is 0.534.The ecological efficiency of JJ company measured by "ecological economic net income/ecological environmental capital" is 0.678 and 0.603,membership degree is 0.73 and 0.59,non-membership degree is 0.24 and 0.31,hesitation degree is 0.03 and 0.10,and intuitionistic fuzzy entropy is 0.515.The degree of membership and the degree of non-membership respectively represent the degree of certainty and uncertainty of the measure of enterprise ecological efficiency,and the intuitive fuzzy entropy of JJ company ecological efficiency is medium fuzzy.It can be seen that the ecological efficiency measurement of JJ Company in 2020 is at a good level,and the enterprise environmental management has achieved certain results.However,it is still necessary to strengthen the identification of fuzzy influencing factors,strengthen green innovation,improve resource utilization rate and reduce environmental load.On the basis of the results of the study,from the corporate culture,innovation investment,policy response,some Suggestions on peer exchanges and talents cultivating enterprise ecological culture,ecological civilization awareness,increased investment in green innovation,improve the production process,positive response national policy,strengthen environmental regulation,relying on the platform to promote actively,strengthen the peer cooperation and exchange,the introduction of advanced talents,Innovation of staff training system and other countermeasures,in order to improve the enterprise ecological efficiency,achieve green high-quality sustainable development to provide
