In recent years,with the increasingly fierce competitive environment,the previous extensive development mode is no longer suitable for the development needs of manufacturing enterprises.If manufacturing enterprises want to seek greater competitive advantage,they need to establish a lean management concept and constantly optimize the bottleneck factors that restrict the development of enterprises.As an important part of lean,workshop layout optimization is undoubtedly of great significance to solve the bottleneck problem faced by enterprise development.Moreover,with the development of the current digital technology and the continuous integration with the manufacturing industry,manufacturing enterprises need to promote the optimization of workshop layout to lay a good foundation for this process if they want to use digital technology transformation and upgrading to achieve the goal of improving manufacturing capacity.Therefore,if an enterprise wants to occupy a dominant position in the current competitive environment,it still needs to pay attention to the optimization of its workshop layout.In this thesis,taking the welding workshop of S company as the research object,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the current workshop layout problems,the workshop layout is optimized by using a variety of research methods,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimized scheme are verified.This thesis firstly clarifies the research purpose and significance,summarizes the research status of workshop layout at home and abroad,and systematically summarizes the theory and method of workshop layout.Afterwards,the current status of S company and the welding workshop is elaborated,including the process flow of each product in the welding workshop,the original layout plan of the welding workshop and the specific functions of each operation unit.According to the current situation of the welding workshop,a systematic analysis is carried out on the detours of the logistics route,the long handling distance and the unreasonable setting of the riveting area,so as to establish the focus of problem improvement.On this basis,the system layout design method is used to study the welding workshop,and its comprehensive relationship and the correlation diagram of position and area are determined.Then,according to the actual needs of the welding workshop and the comprehensive relationship between the operation units obtained by the analysis,the relevant assumptions that satisfy the modeling conditions are put forward,and the mathematical model with the goal of minimizing the handling cost and maximizing the non-logistics relationship is constructed.In order to better solve the layout model,the particle swarm optimization algorithm was improved,that is,it was combined with the genetic algorithm in a sequential manner to form a genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the genetic algorithm,particle swarm algorithm and genetic particle swarm algorithm are used to solve the model.The solution result verifies the solution effect of the genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm and obtains the optimal layout plan,and then the rationality and effectiveness of the plan are analyzed.Finally,the original scheme and the optimized scheme are simulated and modeled respectively,and the parameters are set and the model is run according to the production data of the workshop.The simulation results of the handling distance,the number of products handled and the number of finished products obtained after the operation were compared and analyzed,thereby verifying the feasibility of the optimized scheme.The research results show that the optimization scheme provided in this thesis for the welding workshop of S company can well achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency,reducing handling costs and simplifying material handling lines.In addition,this thesis adopts a workshop layout optimization method combining systematic layout design method,genetic particle swarm algorithm and Flexsim simulation method.This method provides a reference for other enterprises that encounter similar problems and has certain practical value. |
