With the popularity of smart phones,the number of discarded mobile phones is gradually increasing,and the discarding and recycling of discarded mobile phones will cause harm to the environment.Poor photo performance of smart phones will prompt people to change to a new one,so improving the photo quality of mobile phones will attract people to buy phones with better photo quality and reduce the frequency of phone replacement.As an important part of the optical system of mobile phone lens,the visor can prevent stray light from entering the optical system.However,when the external light enters the lens and passes through the inner hole wall of the visor,it will be reflected by the smooth inner hole wall of the visor,resulting in halo phenomenon when taking photos.The shading piece is composed of an intermediate substrate made of black polyethylene terephthalate(PET)material and a black shading piece made of carbon.In this paper,the middle substrate and the light plate of the lens visor of mobile phone are etched by chemical etching process to achieve the effect of extinction treatment on the inner hole wall of the visor.The intermediate substrate PET film was etched with alkaline solution,so that the inner hole wall surface became rough and did not reflect the light.The light transmittance of PET film was measured by spectrophotometer to investigate the extinction performance of PET film,and orthogonal experimental design was used to determine the preferential effect of etching process parameters on the modification of intermediate substrate.The results show that the PET film etched with 28% NaOH solution at80℃ for 15 min has the best extinction effect,and its transmittance can be reduced to 18.4%.The order of influence of the factors on the extinction experiment was lye type > water bath temperature > lye concentration > reaction time.The etching modification of the shading plate was carried out by the combination of alkaline etching solution and alkaline etching solution + modifier,respectively.The surface of the inner hole wall of the shading plate was analyzed by scanning electron microscope,and the roughness was detected by AFM microscope.The extinction treatment effect of the shading plate was realized.The results showed that when the shading was etched with 23%NaOH solution in water bath at 70℃ for 15 min,the shading could achieve extinction effect,Ra=0.170μm,Rq=0.221μm,P-V=1.7964μm microns;Adding dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride in 10% NaOH solution with 0.3% concentration,setting the temperature of water bath at 60℃,the effect of extinction treatment for 10 min can be achieved,Ra=0.072μm,Rq=0.085μm,P-V =0.0805μm.In order to advocate the concept of energy saving and emission reduction,the saturated organic components in etching solution were removed by ceramsite adsorption process,and the recycling of etching solution was explored.The results show that the contents of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol in the waste liquid are obviously reduced.The ceramic adsorption technology is suitable for the treatment of alkaline etching wastewater.
