Research On The Design Of Community Kitchen Waste Recycling System From The Perspective Of Sustainable Desig

With the implementation of garbage classification policies of our country,resources utilization potential of kitchen waste,which makes up a large proportion of household garbage,is gradually improving.In order to achieve the goal of reducing,harmless and resource recovery of kitchen waste,a series of related policies and plans were issued in our country in an effort to improve the utilization capacity of kitchen waste as resources and perfect kitchen waste recycling and utilization system construction.Community is the largest source of kitchen waste,but there are still serious mixing of household waste in the current community environment,no corresponding treatment equipment,non-standard recycling operation process,and huge human and financial costs.If not timely recycling,it will still cause a huge waste of resources.Therefore,The research and innovative design of community kitchen waste recycling system is of practical value.Based on the current community environment in our country,combining the concepts of sustainable design and sustainable product service system,and considering the current market,technologies and population influencing factors,this paper conducts a design study on kitchen waste recycling and utilization system in community environment.First of all,through the study of sustainable design concept and sustainable product service system,explore relevant theories and methods suitable for this topic,and sort out the research process of community kitchen waste recycling system.Secondly,the existing kitchen waste treatment technology and related equipment were investigated,the relevant methods and technologies used for waste treatment were sorted out,and the shortcomings of existing products on the market were summarized.Thirdly,the stakeholder involved in kitchen waste recycling is investigated and needs are obtained by means of user interview and questionnaire survey,user needs are summarized based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and key needs in user needs are found to provide direction and basis for design practice.Finally,based on the above theoretical research and research results,a sustainable kitchen waste recycling and utilization system is constructed,service content,profit mode and interaction relationship of all stakeholders in the system are clarified,a set of sustainable product service system flow chart,kitchen waste recycling equipment and mobile terminal application design scheme are proposed,and the feasibility of the design results is verified.Under the use-oriented business model,the static function and dynamic interaction in the system are driven by the interest relationship,which provides an effective solution to solve the existing problems of kitchen waste recycling in the community.
