With the rapid development of industry and manufacturing,CNC electromechanical equipment has been widely used in industrial production.The current numerical control equipment gradually has the characteristics of coordination,precision,intelligence,big data and network communication.Due to the continuous operation,it is prone to failure and the loss will be huge.Therefore,the fault diagnosis research on the CNC machine tool and the development of the corresponding operation and maintenance platform is very important.This paper mainly studies the following three aspects: data acquisition,fault diagnosis,remote operation and maintenance platform of CNC equipment,In this paper,a data acquisition program that supports multiple concurrency is designed for FANUC 0I and YASKAWA MP3300 plc;the communication program that only supports single-threaded acquisition such as L45 is improved and optimized to meet the needs of multiple concurrent acquisition;This paper designed a cloud side collaborative CNC machine tool fault diagnosis algorithm based on multi-feature fusion,which meet the needs of real-time diagnosis and high computing power at the same time.It is verified on the fault diagnosis public data set of Paderborn University and the servo drive system simulation data set.The credibility and accuracy of the algorithm are improved;This paper improves and develops the remote operation and maintenance cloud service platform for remote operation and maintenance management of CNC equipment.This system not only realized the monitoring function of numerical control equipment,but also developed the user rights management,comprehensive data analysis,interactive electronic manual and other functions.In addition,the system also uses the cloud edge collaborative CNC machine tool fault diagnosis algorithm based on multi feature fusion for real-time fault diagnosis.The numerical control equipment data acquisition module,fault diagnosis algorithm and remote operation and maintenance module developed in this paper have passed the actual field test of Qinchuan company and basically meet the requirements.The accuracy of the fault diagnosis model of CNC equipment can reach more than 97% on the open data set.
