| With the increasing demand of high quality strip steel,online shape detection has become the key technology of cold rolled strip steel and the inevitable requirement of producing high quality cold rolled strip steel.However,the shape meter will produce additional signals in the detection process,which will affect the shape detection effect.In this paper,the profile detection project of 600 mm four-high cold rolling mill was taken as the research background,aiming at the problems existing in the accurate extraction of output signals from the installation mode of profile roll with variable wrapping Angle,the finite element simulation data and factory experiment data were taken as the main line to analyze the influence of output waveform changes on the extraction of effective signals.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,a finite element simulation model of a single channel shaped roll with variable envelope Angle was designed according to the field installation mode and application conditions of the shape instrument.Combined with the characteristics of two-sided wave shape defects,the influence of envelope Angle variation on extracting the output waveform peak as an effective detection signal was quantitatively analyzed by using the simulation data.According to the change law of sensor output waveform under multiple passes,a new method of waveform integral arithmetic mean value is proposed as effective signal,and combined with the simulation data,the effectiveness of extracting waveform integral arithmetic mean value as detection signal is verified.Secondly,the finite element model of multi-channel shaped roll with variable envelope Angle is designed and the distribution of sensor output signal under horizontal and vertical tilt errors is studied.The influence of installation error on the original signal is analyzed by extracting the output signal of the plate roll sensor with fixed enveloping Angle under different incline angles.For the installation mode of variable packet Angle,the distribution law of packet Angle on the profile deviation of each detection channel was quantitatively analyzed by simulation data.For the detection of normal profile,a dynamic compensation method was proposed to eliminate the influence.Finally,combined with the output waveform data of the shape meter of the 600 mm four-high cold rolling mill with variable wrapping Angle,the simulation results were verified in practice.The results show that in a certain rolling pass,the waveform peak as an effective signal of profile detection is inconsistent with the actual profile.In addition,by studying the output AD value data of plate roll installation error,the distribution law of plate shape deviation of each detection channel corresponding to different packet angles under the same order is verified,which further proves the correctness of the simulation model and its conclusion. |
