Corporate culture is the soft power that runs through the process of enterprise operation and management,and is crucial to enhance the competitiveness and anti risk ability of enterprises.With the development of the times,more and more modern enterprises pay more attention to the construction of corporate culture.The competition of modern enterprises is no longer just the competition of products and services,but also the competition of cultural soft power.This paper takes Enterprise Y in the period of transformation and upgrading as a case to study how modern coal chemical enterprises optimize and promote corporate culture,so as to use corporate culture to promote the development of the company.Based on Dennison’s corporate culture model,this paper will combine quantitative and qualitative analysis,diagnose and evaluate the corporate culture formed in the development process of the enterprise,analyze the outstanding problems,and put forward targeted optimization suggestions for corporate culture construction in combination with the analysis results and the risk challenges faced by Y Company’s development.At the same time,specific measures are proposed for the promotion and implementation of corporate culture.The author designed a survey scale based on Denison’s corporate culture model and structured interviews,randomly selected employees from different levels and professional departments of the company to conduct a questionnaire survey,and then analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of Y enterprise in cultural construction by consulting literature and materials,according to the relevant theories of corporate culture construction and optimization.It is believed that the company has a good performance in cultural participation,consistency and sense of mission,but weak performance in adaptability,obvious weaknesses and low flexibility.According to the diagnosis results,combined with the current problems and challenges faced by Y Company,it is believed that the current corporate culture of Y Company cannot meet the development needs.Combined with the company’s development status and future planning,the author puts forward optimization suggestions from the aspects of advantages,key reconstruction,system optimization,implementation guarantee,etc.,so as to help Y Company form an enterprise culture that conforms to the actual transformation and development of the enterprise.Corporate culture construction is a long-term project.This paper focuses on proposing rectification strategies for the weaknesses of Y corporate culture construction,and proposes optimization and promotion measures from the four aspects of corporate culture,hoping to provide reference and reference for similar coal chemical enterprise culture construction.
