| In recent years,more and more companies found that as the management level of ascension,the rigid management mode is bound to inject some flexible power can make the enterprise realize the development more solid,the flexible force can highlight the uniqueness of the enterprise,when it is identified and fully develop,the corporate culture is formed which is difficult to be copied.In this era of fierce competition among enterprises,corporate culture has become part of the competitive advantage of enterprises,and how to shape and cultivate the corporate culture suitable for its corporate characteristics has become a new topic of management research.It takes QY company as the research object in this paper,in the process of diagnosis its enterprise culture,via collecting data,questionnaire and interview to identify cultural atmosphere,summarize the existing management style of managers and the cognition of employee to the construction of enterprise culture,then using the GREP competitive model to evaluate the competitiveness of QY company,find out the need to improve of competitiveness,evaluated the forces of culture on competitiveness strength increase point of QY company on concept layer and behavior layer,according to the result of comprehensive cultural analysis of the situation,formulate a thought of enterprise culture construction in accordance with QY characteristic,carry on the elaboration of Material level,system level and spiritual level,Present the specific work plan for the implementation of corporate culture through the design of work content in three stages:cognitive stage,trial stage and habit stage.At last,compile the enterprise culture manual and three-year action plan for cultural construction.The implementation of this project,tease the diagnostic analysis of enterprise culture theory,and use the theory to practical diagnosis to get the conclusion,via the enterprise management knowledge and experience to develop the enterprise culture which conforms to the present situation of the company,how to find its own corporate culture accord with its characteristics within a company,how to identify the enterprise internal mainstream culture,how to deepen the correct corporate culture,how to make the enterprise culture construction schemes into a practice,etc,all this have been attempted deeply.As a case of applying theory to practice,hope to provide reference for the companies who implement the cultural construction. |
