| Innovation is the source of power to achieve economic development and science and technology,and is an inexhaustible driving force for national advancement and social progress.Since the 18 th Party Congress,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has placed innovation at the core of the overall national development and made a series of major strategic plans.The 14 th Five-Year Plan is devoted to innovation,highlighting China’s unprecedented attention to innovation and determination to promote development through innovation.New energy vehicle manufacturing is an important field to highlight innovation ability,and the indispensable main material-lithium battery has also ushered in new opportunities and new challenges for development,J company as the main manufacturer of lithium battery separator in China,only by continuously innovating can adapt to the development of the times.The key to the level of innovation of company lies in talents.As the foundation of innovation,enhancing the innovation ability of scientific and technological talents is an important way to enhance the competitiveness and comprehensive strength of companies,the core of sustainable development of companies,and the way to promote high-quality economic and social development.This thesis takes J company as the research object,and conducts a specific research around the innovation ability of J company’s scientific and technological talents.Firstly,this thesis explained the background and significance of this thesis,the current situation of domestic and foreign research and the theory and method of innovation ability of scientific and technological talents.To provide the theoretical basis for determining the research idea and research content.Secondly,this thesis analyzed the basic situation and development status of J company and their innovation ability of scientific and technological talents.Again,this thesis constructed the four aspects of "basic quality,innovation input,innovation environment and innovation output".Finally,this thesis used the AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make a comprehensive evaluation of the innovation ability of J company’s science and technology talents,to find out the key problems affecting the innovation ability of J company’s science and technology talents,and to formulate six effective improvement strategies based on the evaluation results combined with the actual situation of J company.According to the evaluation results and the actual situation of J company,strategies such as rational use of funds,strengthening talent training,improve the working conditions and welfare benefits of scientific and technological talents,increase the number of scientific and technological talents,improve the incentive and evaluation mechanism of scientific and technological talents,continue to improve the innovation ability and transformation of innovative achievements of scientific and technological talents,to achieve sustainable and healthy development of the company. |
