| In 2015,the country for the first time put forward the concept of green development,in the field of agriculture also derived the concept of agricultural green development.With the popular concept of agricultural green development,the government has issued a series of policies to improve our agricultural green development level.Therefore,exploring the change trend of agricultural green development level and regional difference change trend is of great significance to our agricultural green development and ecological civilization construction.The extreme value standardization method standardizes the data and calculates the agricultural green development index of China and each province from 2001 to2020.Secondly,this paper used the Thiel Index to measure the internal and external differences of agricultural green development index at the national level and in four regions(eastern region,central region,western region,Northeast region).Finally,through convergence analysis,this paper tests whether the level of agricultural green development in our country exists convergence in the national level and regional level.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)From 2001 to 2020,the national agricultural green Development Index has been significantly improved.At the provincial level in 2020,Heilongjiang has the highest agricultural green development index;Ningxia has the lowest agricultural green development index.(2)The regional differences of agricultural green development level decreased slightly during 2001-2020,which was mainly caused by regional differences in development level.At the regional level,the western region has the largest difference,followed by the eastern region and the northeastern region,and the central region has the smallest difference.(3)There was no obvious α convergence and significant absolute β convergence in the level of agricultural green development in China from 2001 to 2020,indicating that the low level of agricultural green development has not formed a catch-up effect to the high level of agricultural green development.However,absolute β convergence exists in the western and northeastern regions.According to the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following four suggestions: scientific use of information technology to build a complete and unified agricultural database;Summarize successful experience actively,strengthen the agricultural environment remediation efforts;Comprehensive analysis of the actual situation,each region to do the right medicine;We will promote coordinated development among regions and narrow differences in the level of green agricultural development among different regions. |
