| The semiconductor industry is the basic industry which is related to the survival and development of modern industries,but the semiconductor industry’s disadvantage is obvious in the late stage.Coupled with the prevalence of trade protectionism,it forces our country to accelerate the substitution process of semiconductor industry supply chain localization,and the regional semiconductor industry ecosystem is accelerating the layout.This has led to a flurry of discussions on how to achieve high-quality development of the entire industrial chain or industrial ecosystem.However,to steadily promote the process of industrial supply chain localization not only needs to build an industrial ecosystem,but also depends on the sustainable development of each member enterprise within the system.However,at present,there is a lack of in-depth research on the survival and development of semiconductor enterprises at the micro level.In particular,there are few literatures on the evaluation of the sustainable development of semiconductor enterprises.Therefore,an index system capable of evaluating the sustainable development ability of semiconductor enterprises is constructed and evaluated based on this.It can help semiconductor enterprises explore the weaknesses that restrict their sustainable development or competitiveness,and provide useful references for enterprises’ future strategic planning and resource allocation,so as to promote the healthy development of the entire industrial ecosystem.Therefore,the following studies are carried out in this paper: First,on the basis of literature review and theory selection,the framework of ESG concept is introduced and the dimension of financial status is supplemented.The content of semiconductor enterprise sustainable development evaluation is divided into four dimensions:financial status,environmental protection,social responsibility and corporate governance.Second,based on the specific situation of the industrial ecosystem of semiconductor enterprises and the characteristics of semiconductor enterprises,the division dimension of the secondary index is modified,and 16 secondary index dimensions that can fully reflect the sustainable development of the semiconductor enterprises are designed.Thirdly,on the basis of considering the availability of data and following the principle of objective quantification,40 three-level indicators are selected to construct an evaluation index system for the sustainable development of semiconductor enterprises.Fourthly,Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation,a representative domestic wafer manufacturing enterprise,is selected as a case study to analyze its sustainable development status,and the constructed semiconductor enterprise sustainable development evaluation system is applied to Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation.Through the analysis of its comprehensive evaluation results,it can be seen that the enterprise has strong overall sustainable development ability and good financial condition quality.It can well assume various social responsibilities,actively implement the green development concept of energy conservation and emission reduction,and implement healthy corporate governance mode.However,it needs to pay more attention to environmental protection and some problems existing in the other three dimensions,and make targeted optimization and adjustment,such as strengthening the management of assets,gradually replacing environmental protection equipment and updating production technology.Appropriately raise the debt financing ratio,improve the information disclosure mechanism.Finally,the research conclusion is drawn and the prospect of future research is put forward in order to provide reference for other semiconductor enterprises to evaluate their sustainable development. |
