In recent years,with the proposal of the "Double Carbon" target and the intensification of the actual damage to the ecological environment caused by the whole process of construction,the development of sustainable green buildings has become more and more urgent.Faced with higher environmental requirements,prefabricated building have become a typical model supporting the development of green buildings due to their characteristics of less pollution,less waste,and short construction periods.However,the traditional prefabricated building supply chain management only considers the improvement of the internal environmental problems of the enterprise,so it is difficult to adapt to the current environmental requirements,and the green supply chain management which takes into account the environmental problems of all links can provide a good implementation path for the green development of prefabricated buildings.At present,the development of the prefabricated building green supply chain is still in its infancy.Once it is disturbed,there will be a greater degree of instability,such as information asymmetry among subjects,benefit distribution leaning toward core resources,and lack of benefit distribution mechanism for subjects significantly affects the formation and stability of the green supply chain.Therefore,the reasonable distribution of benefits to the subjects of the green supply chain based on the concept of sustainability is the key to ensuring the long-term stable operation of the green supply chain of prefabricated buildings.The purpose of this paper is to clear the barriers to the distribution of benefits in the application of green supply chain management in prefabricated buildings through reasonable benefit distribution models and safeguard measures,and to encourage efficient collaboration among subjects.First of all,through the analysis of prefabricated building and their supply chains,green supply chain management and other related content,the concept and characteristics of prefabricated building and green supply chain management are clarified,and the Shapley value theory and the cloud model theory is summarized to lay the foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,based on the literature research method and expert interview method,the main subjects and key links of the green supply chain of prefabricated buildings are analyzed,and the structural model of the green supply chain of prefabricated buildings is constructed;on this basis,the green supply chain of prefabricated buildings is sorted out.The connotation,existing problems and influencing factor system of the interest distribution of the subjects provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the follow-up interest distribution model.Then,use the Shapley value method to construct the initial model of benefit distribution,and apply the DEMATELISM model to screen out the key influencing factors for different projects,and then use the cloud center of gravity evaluation method to comprehensively measure the influence of key factors,which will affect the subjects of the green supply chain.The initial Shapley value is corrected.Finally,the model is applied to an engineering example including three core subjects of general contracting unit,design unit and parts supply unit,and favorable measures to ensure the distribution of benefits are proposed from different angles.The research results show that based on the improved Shapley value model based on the cloud center of gravity evaluation method,and the DEMATEL-ISM key influencing factor screening model established for the complexity of the influencing factors of the green supply chain benefit distribution,it takes into account the influence of various factors among different subjects.The difference between them makes the distribution result more reasonable,which provides a new idea for effectively solving the problem of benefit distribution of the subjects of the prefabricated building green supply chain.On the other hand,a series of safeguard measures put forward in this paper are also the key to promoting the rational distribution of benefits among the green supply chain entities.The joint effect of the two ensures the fair and reasonable distribution of the main interests of the prefabricated building green supply chain,which is conducive to maintaining the stability of the alliance relationship,promoting the application of green supply chain management in prefabricated buildings,and continuously promoting the green and sustainable development of the prefabricated construction industry.
