Crude oil is a strategic resource,which is related to the lifeline of the country and national security.Its importance is self-evident.In recent years,China’s self-produced crude oil output has increased year by year,but it is far from enough to meet domestic demand.Most of China’s crude oil depends on overseas crude oil suppliers.The crude oil supply chain is a complex structure that takes the crude oil supplier as the starting point and sends crude oil to domestic refineries by means of oil tankers or pipelines.In the crude oil supply chain,each node enterprise invests different resources,plays different roles,and has different risk-taking ability.However,affected by personal rational factors,each enterprise hopes to obtain higher collaborative benefits.Therefore,how to break the contradiction between individual rationality and collectivity and formulate a coordinated benefit distribution scheme acceptable and satisfactory to all parties on the premise of ensuring the maximum overall benefit of the crude oil supply chain has become an urgent problem for the managers of the crude oil supply chain,which is directly related to the operation efficiency and stability of the whole supply chain.Firstly,this discussion makes a systematic analysis of the crude oil supply chain,and introduces its components,structural characteristics and members’ cooperation.Secondly,it explores the mechanism of collaborative interest distribution in the crude oil supply chain,and expounds in detail the interest demands,interest connection methods,influencing factors of collaborative interest distribution and the game process of collaborative interest distribution among member enterprises in the crude oil supply chain.On this basis,a collaborative benefit distribution model of crude oil supply chain with participation rate as the key variable is constructed.The assumption conditions,symbol definitions,objective functions and constraints are set according to the actual situation,and the model is solved by using genetic algorithm and fuzzy Shapley value.Thirdly,the model is modified and improved by combining four kinds of influencing factors as model modification factors,so that the designed crude oil supply chain collaborative benefit distribution scheme is more scientific and reasonable.Then,in order to further verify the feasibility of the collaborative benefit distribution scheme,this discussion conducts an empirical study in combination with Zhenhai Refining and chemical crude oil supply chain.On the premise that each member enterprise meets the synergy effect,the basic data is substituted into the collaborative benefit distribution model.After solving and revising,the specific collaborative benefit distribution value of each member enterprise is obtained,and the results are analyzed.Finally,based on the collaborative benefit distribution model and empirical analysis results,this discussion provides countermeasures and suggestions for improving the collaborative benefit distribution of the crude oil supply chain,in order to maintain the long-term stability of the collaborative operation of the crude oil supply chain.
