With the development of industrial intelligent manufacturing technology,the manufacturing field will enter an era of intelligence and automation,and the government is actively promoting the construction of green and intelligent coal mines.Sedimentation of slime in a concentration tank is an important step in the treatment of tail coal in a coal preparation plant.The efficiency of slime water treatment directly affects the quality of cleaned coal and the utilization rate of circulating water.Currently,most coal preparation plants still use manual methods to add chemicals to coal slurry,which not only cannot accurately control the addition of chemicals,but also poses hazards to the health of operators.Main content of the project research in this thesis:(1)In view of the problems such as hysteresis,large operating error,nonlinearity in the manual dosing and discharging system of Handan Coal Preparation Plant,which can not change in real time with the change of the slurry property parameters,the concentration and flow of the slurry water are collected by sensors,a mathematical model is established,and the reagent is pre-added.Because the sedimentation of coal slurry is a complex chemical process,the pre-dosage is inaccurate.The turbidity at the overflow port is detected by the sensor,and the pre-dosing agent is corrected by the random variable universe fuzzy controller to ensure that the turbidity of the overflow water is within the normal range.(2)Design of variable universe fuzzy controller based on improved dragonfly algorithm.By combining the improvement of variable universe fuzzy control algorithm with PLC control,a variable universe fuzzy controller based on improved dragonfly algorithm is designed.The controller can solve the control problems of difficult to establish mathematical model and large time delay.The control accuracy is improved by changing the size of the universe according to the size of the error.(3)The upper computer configuration and the lower computer PLC control system design of the automatic dosing control system of the concentration tank.According to the design requirements,the hardware selection,PLC software and hardware design,and the control design of the whole system by King View soft are realized.Take the feed flow and concentration as the automatic pre-judgment and rough adjustment dosage,take the overflow turbidity as the automatic correction dosage,take the clear water layer height as the automatic control discharge quantity,and design the configuration screen to display the system operation parameters online and in real time and store them in the database. |
